This place is amazing and even better than the photos. The balconies are both huge and provide views on both the city and ocean sides. We had 6 people total and this place could comfortably accommodate even more. We had a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better location—right on the beach with beautiful views and easy access to everything. The home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our entire family of 11 to spread out and enjoy time together. It was well-equipped with everything we needed including a high chair and pack n play, which made our stay easy and stress-free. This was the perfect place for a family getaway, and we would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

9 of us were in Puerto Rico celebrating our friend's 50th birthday! The penthouse condo was the PERFECT spot! It was incredibly spacious and we made just as many memories IN the condo as we did exploring the island. Because you get views from both sides, the sunrise AND sunset from the condo was amazing! I am already hoping to bring my own family back here as it truly was the perfect place to stay when visiting Puerto Rico.

The location was great. Right on a beautiful beach. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable although a little worn. However, for the entire week there was no water supply to the building. We were rationed to only get running water 4 hours a day which meant for 20 hours a day no functioning toilets, no showers …. This started a week before we came and the owner was aware but did not notify us until we arrived. When asked for some compensation there was nothing offered except - sorry that’s Puerto Rico - and some bottles of drinking water. The guest relations woman was pleasant and responsive with other issues but could not offer to do much for us. We would like more notification and options to cancel or at least some compensation.

When we first saw the listing, it was evident the suite was beautiful, but we couldn’t have imagined how stunning the penthouse would actually be in person. The penthouse was perfect for our family vacation. There were 10 of us in total and the location allowed us to be together while still having our own spaces. The pictures are gorgeous, but nothing can prepare you for being in the space seeing the stunning views through every angle. Even the views at night are absolutely incredible.We had such a memorabletime! Mandy was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. She stayed in contact and sent me updates several weeks in advance. She also sent newsletters and reviews and recommendations of places to visit in the area. Mandy made sure we were well taken care of the entire time! The penthouse honestly felt like a home away from home! One of our best family vacations for sure! Couldn’t recommend this property more, especially if you are going as a large group.

FAMILY VACATION

Our vacation was so much fun! The view was beautiful of the city and of the ocean. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was very clean. The beach was beautiful with turquoise water and soft sand! Lots of excursions to do all within an hour drive. Thanks for everything!!! Holly

Exquisite Puerto Rico Beach Vacation

Our group of four couples totally enjoyed a week at the Huge Beach Front Penthouse, it was the perfect place to enjoy all that Puerto RIco and Isla Verde beach has to offer. The apartment had more than enough room to be together, even eating dinner together on the ocean front balcony. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all tastefully decorated and very spacious. The kitchen(s) provided more than enough refrigerator and counter space. We especially appreciated the large island counter space. We were looking forward to using the gas grill on the balcony but were dissapointed it wasn't working. And as you can imagine, the views were breathtaking.

Nice place

The unit was spacious with plenty of room for 8 people.The property was iffy. The common areas are rough, the outdoor space between the building and the beach was odd and uninviting. If you're a pool person, you won't be impressed with the facility. But the building is right on the beach, with chair and umbrella service conveniently located at the entrance to the beach. One last thing: The landlord gives you one key fob to access the building. If you have a large group, you need to rent key fobs from the landlord. Not optimal, but it was worth the investment so members of our group could come and go as they please. I expect a large place like this would come with all the fobs we needed. We got the value we wanted from the property. Thanks for a nice stay.

Hi Thank you for your review. The grounds are not under our control however I did go and speak to property management regarding your comments. Regarding fobs. We are only issued 2 for the unit. We have one the other given to you. We have purchased additional fobs but guests keep losing them or taking them home by mistake without returning them. Thus the additional charge for additional fobs. I am hoping you choose to stay with us again.

Great place to stay for a larger group

The property was in a great location and the views were incredible. This property could be over the top but it seems like it was in the middle of a remodel that's not quite finished. There is a kitchen and then another kitchen that non of the appliances work in because it's brand new and not hooked up. We couldn't get the oven to work, but we ate out most of the time so not too big of a deal. The outdoor grill was out of gas but we were told we could fill up the tank and they would reimburse us. We chose not to. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The place was clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small children. Overall it was a really nice stay and a great location.

Great location, large property, needs some work

This property has positives and negatives.Positives: Excellent location, great views, large spacious interior, great patios.Negatives: The owners are supposedly doing a lot of work on the space which still needs more work, the 5th bedroom is actually just an open room with pullout couch, no working oven except a microwave which is insufficient for a large place for 8 to 10 people, the listing includes a gym with pictures but the concierge said there is no access for guests and this was one of the reasons we booked the property, very spotty wifi, the washing machine leaks, multiple things were broken including the reclining sofa, a rocking chair and ocean side balcony lights.The location and view is a 10 out of 10, the other issues made it a 5 out of 10. Overall, probably 7 out of 10.

We had a fantastic stay in this spacious penthouse! Perfect for our group of 7, with plenty of space to gather or spread out. The 270-degree views of the island are stunning—especially at sunset. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, cutlery, and appliances (including gas induction cooktops, microwave, multiple fridges, and laundry). Ovens were being installed, and outdoor grills looked weathered, so we didn’t use them.The outdoor space is great, with ocean-view seating up front and city views in back, plus multiple dining areas. The beach is just an elevator ride away, and beach gear is provided (though we brought our own). Indoors, there’s ping pong and board games for downtime.Though near the airport, noise and smells were not an issue. Parking is tight—avoid large SUVs. Only one person has gate access, so coordinate if bringing two cars.The building is a mix of short-term and residential units. No concierge, but friendly residents and helpful security. Elevator briefly went out but was fixed fast. The place is mid-renovation—some mismatched furniture and unfinished spots—but fully functional and very comfortable.Michelle, our host, was incredible—responsive, helpful, and a joy to work with. The location is excellent: walkable to essentials, and most excursions are close by. A car is optional unless you’re exploring the island.

Amazing property!

The condo was stunning and the views were spectacular! The property was clean and more than spacious. The beds were comfortable including the twin beds! There have been updates to the kitchen and a large island created. There is also an outdoor island including a sink! The sofa bed room is downstairs and has an attached bathroom and is secluded from the rest of the place although one wall is just a room divider. There is also a half bath downstairs. There are four bedrooms upstairs. Two king rooms with attached bathrooms. There is a shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms. There were plenty of bath and beach towels. There is also a new washer and dryer! The hosts communicated well and were quick to respond. The location was great for our group. There are lots of restaurant and bars close by. Old San Juan and other areas of San Juan are a short Uber away. They offer chairs at the beach for 4. The pool does not permit coolers but the beach does! Having to use a key fab between 9 people to get to the beach and into the property wasn’t ideal but we made it work and the property felt safe and secure. You can pay extra for a second fab and the security people are pretty good at remembering you to let you in the front if needed. Our group had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

One of the Best Rental Experiences I've Ever Had

Staying at this penthouse was unforgettable. The space is spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a fantastic hangout area downstairs with a large TV and a ping pong table, perfect for relaxation. The two big balconies were highlights, offering unobstructed views of the sunset over the ocean on one side and the city on the other. It was wonderful to hang out on the balconies in the late evenings after dinner, enjoying drinks and watching the bustling streets below. The bedrooms were clean, well-decorated, and comfortable, accommodating our group of nine adults with plenty of space. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Isla Verde. The back of the building opens directly onto the beach, which was incredibly convenient—we spent all day there. You are also within walking distance to the casino, restaurants, and shops. Getting to other parts of San Juan was a short Uber ride away (about $10). The airport is just 5 minutes away. Major pickup stops for most excursions are just a few minutes' walk away. The hosts were amazing, providing excellent recommendations, being very responsive. On the last day, because there was no one checking in, they allowed us to stay at the property until our flight, well past the checkout time. This was incredibly generous and saved us the hassle of storing our bags elsewhere for the day. This property truly offers a luxurious and unmatched experience in Puerto Rico. Highly recommended!
