RELAX, UNWIND, AND RECONNECT at Lake Ouachita and Mountain Harbor’s newest available property! Experience all 66k acres and 200 islands Lake Ouachita has to offer! Ride miles and miles of ATV trails then come home, kick up your feet and connect with your family and friends in a cozy, inviting space! Our condo is situated perfectly within walking distance of the lake, one of three community pools, Turtle Cove Spa and brand-new pickle ball courts!
The space
LARGE 3/3 LUXURY LAKE OUACHITA RENTAL: SLEEPS 10!

The space features two bedrooms, two bathrooms PLUS a separate mother-in-law’s suite downstairs with its own private entrance allowing a special couple in your group to have their own space!

Our condo offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family. We have a custom stone fireplace for those cold winter nights, fully stocked kitchen for all your meals (PLUS a grill and Blackstone!), wine cooler with special goodies available for purchase, WRAP AROUND PORCH with dreamy, mood setting lights in the evening, fully stocked coffee and tea bar, and a full-size washer and dryer should you need it! We also have a fully stocked game closet with a rolling cooler and pool/lake supplies to make your stay as breezy as the mountain air! Upstairs are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while downstairs (accessed from the exterior of the condo, not the interior) features our mother-in-law suite with its own porch, fridge, microwave, full bath and coffee bar! It is the perfect space for a couple or teenagers that want to come but want their own privacy!

From the moment you pull in Mountain Harbor you can feel your cares wash away with the waves of Lake Ouachita and our goal is to bring that feeling inside for your stay. Come experience the best combination of lake, mountain and forest life all in one!

Mountain Harbor Fun

This location exceeded our expectations. We had such a pleasant time and the location of this property was perfect. The property owners were lovely as well, we even asked for an extra night which was added to our trip at a reduced priced. The rooms were clean and well furnished as well as many amenities available for us to use. I definitely want to book this location again.

True gem at Mountain Harbor

The townhouse is spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the Harbor Restaurant and the marina. Wifi works well and the kitchen has all one needs. Washer and dryer are well maintained. We love the extra private bedroom and bath by itself on the lower level with it's own deck. The owners are easy to reach and care for their properties. We left a suitcase by mistake and they secured it for us to be picked up by Fedex.

Excellent weekend

The location in the Mountain Harbor Resort is perfect. We walked to the Harbor restaurant every morning for a coffee and started the day with a good exercise. There was an initial snafu with preparation of the townhouse for our stay that was quickly rectified by the owners in the best way possible. .It is a spacious and beautiful house.

Lovely, spacious home! The lake and area are beautiful. We enjoyed the resort and were so comfortable in the home. The home is well appointed. Every detail was thought of and provided for. We appreciated the gracious hospitality. The host is very communicative and answered all of my questions prior to arrival. They made our stay very special!

Mt Ida Christmas Stay

Perfect home away from home for our family during the Christmas weekend! The space is lovely, with special touches all over! We felt like we were treated like royalty!! Wonderful location close to our family’s lake house right around the corner. This home was a perfect spot for sleepy adult children who wanted a little respite from their older and louder family members. Furniture, beds, kitchen, bathrooms—all so comfortable, clean and spacious!! Love this condo—even the little room at the back of the house that offered a very quiet place for much needed rest!

Perfect getaway for family

serene feeling with plenty of things close by. house was great, everything worked as expected. Very clean and spacious. Not sure i would go as far as "luxury", some things were dated. One traveler wished for an updated showerhead in one of the bathrooms and a chair and bedside table downstairs, but with a group of 10, someone is bound to find something. Thoughtful host checked in on us if we needed anything while we were there through the app. the community was great. a very special getaway. I would absolutely stay here again. peaceful forest views with deer present in the mornings. Yoga on the porch was meditative with the natural surroundings.

Condo was very roomy & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Some of the switches & lights did not work. Biggest complaint was outdoor cooking devices. Grills were unusable without hours of clean up. Valves were frozen & not able to be turned off/on. Worked on so they could be used. Would suggest that porch be cleaned off & outside of building addressed. Lots of trash in yard & by steps. WiFi access fine. Parking good. I would definitely talk with clean up crew & suggest they look under & behind furniture as well as under couch cushions. Adequate towels & bedding. Washer & dryer great. Location worked well. Would recommend & stay again.
