We had a great week. The condo was just as advertised and the downstairs separate quarters made the kids feel like they had their own condo to themselves. Being across the street from the pool was an added bonus.

Mountain Harbor Fun

This location exceeded our expectations. We had such a pleasant time and the location of this property was perfect. The property owners were lovely as well, we even asked for an extra night which was added to our trip at a reduced priced. The rooms were clean and well furnished as well as many amenities available for us to use. I definitely want to book this location again.

Excellent weekend

The location in the Mountain Harbor Resort is perfect. We walked to the Harbor restaurant every morning for a coffee and started the day with a good exercise. There was an initial snafu with preparation of the townhouse for our stay that was quickly rectified by the owners in the best way possible. .It is a spacious and beautiful house.

Beautiful Mountain Resort

Lovely, spacious home! The lake and area are beautiful. We enjoyed the resort and were so comfortable in the home. The home is well appointed. Every detail was thought of and provided for. We appreciated the gracious hospitality. The host is very communicative and answered all of my questions prior to arrival. They made our stay very special!

Mountain Harbor was great however, our accommodations were somewhat disappointing. Upon arrival we notice that the floors were dirty & all carpet was stained. We had some spider issues in the guest bedroom bedding & all showers. There was horrible soil & stains as well as disgusting crusty remains on comforter. We pulled couches from wall to access electrical outlet - UGH very dirty. Couch cushions were lifted only to find lots of food crumbs & dog hair, obviously not been cleaned in a while. There were light bulbs missing in lamps in master bedroom & none of the bathroom exhaust fan lights worked. Downstairs lock out unit was musty damp & warm with some insect issues as well. We attempted to use the grill & flat top 1st night there-both gas tanks were empty. We called the owner-she basically said there was nothing for her to do at 930pm & we could move &cancel. I returned the message 2nd day & she said we could go get gas for bottles which she would reimburse. Day 3 the sewer back up into tub & showers - I again contacted the owner - she said a breaker was probably thrown. We were sent a lock code to breaker box room or she could send a maintenance person. I fixed it! Overall she tried to make everything right but I think they should consider a new cleaning person & be more present to personally inspect their property. Our friends had another condo which was immaculate. Disappointed for what we paid for a week stay! Definitely will NOT rent this unit again!

True gem at Mountain Harbor

The townhouse is spacious, well maintained and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the Harbor Restaurant and the marina. Wifi works well and the kitchen has all one needs. Washer and dryer are well maintained. We love the extra private bedroom and bath by itself on the lower level with it's own deck. The owners are easy to reach and care for their properties. We left a suitcase by mistake and they secured it for us to be picked up by Fedex.

Mt Ida Christmas Stay

Perfect home away from home for our family during the Christmas weekend! The space is lovely, with special touches all over! We felt like we were treated like royalty!! Wonderful location close to our family’s lake house right around the corner. This home was a perfect spot for sleepy adult children who wanted a little respite from their older and louder family members. Furniture, beds, kitchen, bathrooms—all so comfortable, clean and spacious!! Love this condo—even the little room at the back of the house that offered a very quiet place for much needed rest!

Large but not luxurious by a long shot. NOT as advertised. Inside and out was filthy. Once I saw the of presence of bugs, dirty carpets & baseboards plus nasty rug under living room coffee table, I washed all throw blankets, throw pillow coverings, cleaned guest bedroom carpet plus ALL public area floors. Wifi never properly worked & needs an upgraded modem. We were not able to enjoy watching for the constant buffering. The deck was dirty, grease build up, bug nests, spider webs, layers of dust and dirt. Abandoned rusted out grill left on deck. The other two grills so grungy, we had to spend time cleaning before we were able to grill out. My guests and I spent so much time deep cleaning before small children arrived because it was so unkempt. Most floor vents were a hazard, not attached properly, leaving a gaping hole. The closet door was propped up & not on its track when we arrived. Cabinet doors would not close. Downstairs room not maintained, toilet inoperable, layers of bugs, refuse and dirt under bed. The HVAC crew cam out for a “maintenance call”, turned off the air conditioning for 8 hours for repairs. It was awful. There is so much more to say and this is the ONLY negative review I have ever left.

Perfect getaway for family

serene feeling with plenty of things close by. house was great, everything worked as expected. Very clean and spacious. Not sure i would go as far as "luxury", some things were dated. One traveler wished for an updated showerhead in one of the bathrooms and a chair and bedside table downstairs, but with a group of 10, someone is bound to find something. Thoughtful host checked in on us if we needed anything while we were there through the app. the community was great. a very special getaway. I would absolutely stay here again. peaceful forest views with deer present in the mornings. Yoga on the porch was meditative with the natural surroundings.

Condo was very roomy & comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Some of the switches & lights did not work. Biggest complaint was outdoor cooking devices. Grills were unusable without hours of clean up. Valves were frozen & not able to be turned off/on. Worked on so they could be used. Would suggest that porch be cleaned off & outside of building addressed. Lots of trash in yard & by steps. WiFi access fine. Parking good. I would definitely talk with clean up crew & suggest they look under & behind furniture as well as under couch cushions. Adequate towels & bedding. Washer & dryer great. Location worked well. Would recommend & stay again.

This vrbo was perfect and the host was great. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The furniture was comfortable and perfect. The location was great. We had plenty of supplies like towels, laundry detergent, dishes, hand soap, cleaning supplies, k cups. Just about everything you would need. The house was clean and felt safe. It was pleasantly decorated. Everything we needed was available and it worked.
