Third floor corner unit with no units above that has a beautiful view of the 16th hole where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail on the screened-in lanai. Perfectly maintained unit with central air, full laundry, and plenty of closet sapace.
Unit allows for use of all clubhouse amenities including full gym, tennis courts, library and resort-style pool/bar. 1300 square feet of living-space
