March Getaway

This unit is very spacious and quiet. It had all the comforts of home we needed for our month long stay. Our host was extremely easy to work with and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a restful vacation. Our only disappointment was the difficulty we had to get on the golf course. Access to the course in March was limited due to many club events and tournaments. The course itself is beautiful and the pro shop staff were terrific.

This is a great condo in a beautiful Country Club. The condo is well maintained and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfy and the lication was great. Minutes away from one of the clubs Tikki bars and pool! Mark, the owner went above and beyond to help us with everything! I highly recommend this rental. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful month in Florida

Well maintained and supplied 3 BR condo. The owner was gracious and very easy to communicate with. The weather was a bit cooler than usual for Jan in FL. The only drawback wad since this condo is in the lake village portion of Lexington Country club we could only makectee times 2 days in advance. There are hot tubs at the main and Island (Tiki)pools. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Lakes Park was fun for a walk. Also enjoyed the Edison and Ford homes/museum, the Six Mile Cypress Slough, and fun day at Tarpon Beach on Sanibel.

A wonderful stay in a great community

We spent seven weeks in Mark's condo at the Lexington Country Club.It's been recently refurbished and is comfortably furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home, including cleaning supplies, small appliances, cooking utensils, spices and condiments.There are 2 modern TV's with streaming capabilities.The Lexington Country Club provides for great golf, tennis, as well as pickleball and bocce ball.There are 2 pools within walking distance as well as help yourself bbqs. We took advantage of the exercise classes and fitness facilities.The club has special events (at an additional charge). The dining offerings are pretty good and competitively priced.A short drive from Lexington you will find a good selection of restaurants. We highly recommend Skip 41 for their fresh seafood, but don't expect fine dining.Shopping is nearby and the beaches are a short drive.Fort Myers offers a variety of tourist attractions, as does nearby Naples.Mark takes great care to ensure that you are comfortable and can enjoy an exceptionally pleasant experience.For an extended stay, or short stay, you will not be disappointed.

The golf is terrific, the people are friendly, lots of pools and the Tiki Island Bar is a short walk away. Lots of fun activities there including a beautiful pool, music, and fitness center.

What makes this property unique

Third floor gives a lovely view from the lanai overlooking small lake and the Tiki Bar / many upgrades give it a super clean, fresh feel.
