Yes the host was always on standby and responded right back. Everything was awesome. Everyone had their own king bedroom/full baths. Everyone loves a nearby Wal-Mart, and this Villa is less than 10 minutes away. Thank you! See you on the next trip.

House is great for Passover

The property was beautiful and it was everything I viewed in the pictures. It was in a great location. However, there was mature family members and I wished the the pool and the bathrooms had safety rails.

Our host had prompt communication. Great large house with numerous bathrooms and bedrooms to fit our needs. It was decorated nicely, but some of the wallpaper was peeling off. The parking was tricky. We were told to park on the driveway and not in the street, as we might get towed. We did that, but then got towed for blocking the sidewalk. I think could have been explained a little better before we checked in.

Thank you for leaving me a review! I stressed to you twice before your check-in that parking cannot block the sidewalk, even slight blocking the sidewalk is not allowed and can result in a towing. I was told you rented in Orlando before and that they had the same rules. I was surprised that one of your vehicles was still get towed. Our own van was once towed for the same reason, and that is why I always stress the parking and towing polices before the guests' arrival. Unfortunately, towing sometimes still happened after the stress.

The location was perfect — close to everything we needed! The size of the house was amazing; everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable. The decor was a 10/10 — modern, cozy, and beautifully done. The property was very clean and well taken care of, and it had everything you could possibly need for a family vacation or girls’ trip.The host was extremely helpful and very responsive — even gave us an awesome dinner recommendation for a birthday celebration that did not disappoint!The only thing that could use a little attention is the carpet, which could use a good shampoo. Other than that, everything was perfect. I’d definitely recommend paying for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated — totally worth it.Would absolutely stay here again!

We are homesick for this magic Florida house and being under one roof with our kids and grandkids. Tips if you’re going to stay here - our bumper hung maybe 3- 6” over the sidewalk of a 15 passenger van we rented (it didn’t fit in the small 2 car garage) and it got towed 30 mins after arriving. The community towed it. We had to wait until the next morning to go get it. When they say don’t block the sidewalk, they mean be a foot clear of it or they will tow you. We saw cars getting towed every day we were there. The code to the door didn’t work

Guys golf trip

We have been doing this trip for many years. We enjoyed staying at this property with each of the 12 golfers having their own room and only 2 having to share a bathroom. The location was great for what we were doing and the kitchen with two fridges, and dishwashers was very good. Also having 2 laundry facilities was convenient and the large scree TV off the kitchen area got a lot of use with hockey playoffs. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Orlando trip

Beautiful house, spacious, everything was very nice, went on a holiday trip to Orlando and decided to stay here. The host was also fast to respond to any questions about our stay. Our only complaint is the weed smell in the garage, very strong. Other than that I would book again.

The home was exactly as described, my only complaint and it’s not really a complaint on my part. My family members had to live out of their suitcases because there weren’t ANY DRESSERS with the exception of the Master Bedroom. I will definitely visit the sunshine state again

Very nice, very large house

We had 16 adults and 2 children stay for 5 nights in this nice, clean, large house. There really are a lot of bathrooms and a lot of bedrooms; for the first time our family didn't have to share! The house is outfitted nicely and sparsely. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need (plates, silverware, glasses, etc). Two large refrigerators. And even two washers and dryers! The bedrooms are numbered which was remarkably useful.The best recommendation I can give is that we plan to stay in the house again next year!

I would recommend more towels in the kitchen. And some dishcloths. Also have some extra blankets and bathroom towels available. And I would also have a baby gate of some kind to block the stairway. Otherwise we had a great time and the house was beautiful.

Adults weekend away

Property was not in the best condition. Wallpaper peeling in many areas, dirt/food splashed on walls near trash. Massive hairball clogging shower drain that I had to remove. Cheap LED lights hung and not functioning. Rugs smelled terrible and didn’t appear very clean, despite the request for no showers to be worn in carpeted areas. For all the rules and requests, you’d expected the home to be in better condition, appears to mostly be used for large family gatherings/disney vacations, and I suppose serves that purpose if you have a bunch of children. Neighborhood isn’t the cleanest, and there is trash blown all over the place.

Awesome Stay!

We selected this home specifically because we needed at minimum of 8 King Suites with ensuite bathrooms for our annual couples trips. By the time of the trip we were down to 5 couples and this house was perfect in pricing and accomodations. House was extremely clean! Fully equipped with multiple streaming services on every television. Two large refrigerators and two dishwashers came in handy! Our 11 year old had to stay with us one night as he awaited our family's arrival the next day and he loved the Marvel.room..It was very easy for him to stay away from the adult.conversations downstairs. Only enhancements I would suggest would be the addition of ceiling fans. Note to future rentals. The owner provides a starter kit of toilet tissue, paper towels, and other household items but be sure to bring your own..The house provides hand towels and bath towels but no facecloths. There is a Walmart less than a mile away from the entrance if you forget anything! Great stay! Would highly reccommend it.
