Absolutely amazing VRBO rental! The home is beautiful with stunning views, spotless, and open. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. The host was incredibly attentive, quick to respond, and so friendly — it made the stay even better. Highly recommend — we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Stay! Host was great!

This beautiful spacious home was the perfect spot for us and our extended family! We loved being all together, the home was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and the incredible grounds each day were enjoyed. The kitchen was very well-appointed and our large group spent great times eating and playing together. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place

The place is great for big groups. Big room to gather in, back deck is big, nice big hot tub. Well stocked kitchen, close to town, but it feels like you’re in the country. Great yard for kids, swings, slides, volleyball court. game room, theatre room. The house is well maintained. Beautiful place.

Great for large groups. Spacious kitchen. Ample seating indoors and outdoors. Lots of activities for kids. Pool was listed at time of booking, but replaced with swim spa. This was adequate for smaller children. In town with nice remote feel. Deer grazing out the back window.

Dream House

This house is so beautiful, and yet comfortable. There is so much room, and wonderful amenities. We loved the theater room! It's one of the nicest places we have ever stayed, and our host was helpful and prompt to answer any questions. I really hope we can return! Thank you Andrew!

Perfect gathering space and location

This was such a fun, amazing home to celebrate my son’s graduation from pharmacy school and to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home was so fun and clean and spacious. The backyard my grandkids called the park. The littles had such a good time. I love the double island. It made cooking and feeding the crew simple and so enjoyable. We are so thankful for the chance to stay here together. Andrew is an amazing host.

Beautiful home!

Great time. Great stay. Inside of the house was amazing and had everything we needed. Outside is a work in progress, but we were notified ahead of time by the owner and arrangements were made to make it a wonderful experience. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend this property especially when the big pool is completed! Thanks again!

The home was beautiful very clean and huge. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is when we signed up the listing said, “In ground pool is closed for the majority of the 2025 season as a new pool is being constructed. There is a 18’ above ground pool, a 9x13 swim spa/hot tub and a huge inflatable water slide that is available.” There wasn’t an 18’ above ground pool. When we asked about it, we were told the swim spa was the pool. Other than NOT having a pool as advertised, the home met and even exceeded our expectations.

I wa raised on a ranch in Idaho and have spent almost my entire life here. I am an avid outdoorsman and enjoy anything related to nature. THis is my one and only short term rental and I have put my heart and soul into making it a special experience for all.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is only about 5 minutes from the closest grocery store and ISU and only takes 15 minutes to get to the other side of town. It feels completely secluded and sits on a hillside with a view.

What makes this property unique

This property is perfect for reunions, family gatherings, or many other approved events. The house is in a secluded area that is set back in the trees and is quiet and peaceful. There are deer and turkeys that you will see in the yard quite often. It will comfortably sleep 19 people with plenty of space for more. It is a large, commercial style kitchen that is perfect for cooking for large groups, with 2 islands, 2 dishwashers and sinks, 4 ovens, 6 gas burners and a griddle, all inside.
