About this property

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, downtown Reykjavik

Our apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area only few min walk from the downtown Reykjavik, with all the restaurants and shops that Reykjavik has to offer. You can also walk from the apartment to West side of Reykjavik, to Lighthouse Grótta, Ísbúð Vesturbæjar ( best ice cream store in Iceland ), Vesturbæjar Swimming pool and more. University of Iceland is also in walking distance.

Our apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom has Double size bed (140x200cm) , the second bedroom has Single Bed (90x200cm) and Bunk Bed for 3 people, lower level Double Bed (140x200cm) and upper level Single Bed (90x200cm), . Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. In the living room we have big dining table and the TV room has 65" TV and Apple TV with all the apps you need Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 85 properties here in Iceland, most of them in the Reykjavik area and also outside of Reykjavik.  Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik.  We also offer long term renting.

Lovely!

We'd changed our check in to include the night before so when we got there in the morning I think there was some confusion since we'd not received check in instructions. But once that was resolved all was really good. Kjartan was very responsive to our needs and gave insightful local advice. The place was exactly what we expected and more - beautiful house and lovely neighborhood and close to downtown where a couple of us ran the 1/2 marathon. I'd definitely stay here again!
