Spring Break Getaway

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a quiet subdivision. The location is perfect for visiting the Gainesville area. It’s minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and UF. We took my parents to visit the area and would definitely stay here again.

Game weekend

This is a beautiful property. It was perfect for our family to spend a wet weekend…lots of space to spread out. The beds & linens were super comfy and nice fluffy towels. Kitchen has lots of nice accessories. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. All descriptions about this house are accurate and even a bit understated. I couldn't think of anything I could want or need that wasn't already here and there were plenty of pleasant surprises during our stay. The place was staged like it was an open house with newer appliances and a very well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect stay for our family of 5!

The house was very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. Loved the open floor plan of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Beds were super comfy. Kitchen was fully furnished for all our cooking needs, even a fully stocked spice rack. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. All appliances looked new. Our host was accommodating and responded promptly to our communications. Having this house for our home base made for a perfect graduation week with our UF son!

Top Tier Property

Fantastic stay! In town for a baseball tournament at Champions Park. We typically opt for a hotel, but the closest is 35-40 minutes away in Gainesville and this property is only 10-15 minutes away. If every VRBO was like this one, we wouldn’t bother with hotels ever again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house had everything we needed, was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and is beautifully decorated. Beds, sofas and chairs were all so comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again next tournament!
