Cozy, comfortable bay view studio in an ocean front building on Collins Ave. Beach access from the building, pool, tiki bar, tennis court, fitness center, convenience store, travel agent, restaurant, famous Turkish & Russian bath inside the building. Comfortable Studio , kitchenette equipped for 4 persons. WIFI and valet and parking for one car. South beach 3 miles south. Shopping, theater, events, and water sports all close by.

No Pool

While I understand things come up, I booked this property 2 days prior to staying there. A huge factor in booking this property was the pool. There was absolutely NO indication while booking that the pool was out of commisssion. In fact. A pool was listed as one of the amenities. It was only AFTER I received payment confirmation that I was informed the pool was not available. Due to my last minute booking, I was not able to cancel for a refund. The location was great, the false advertising was more than frustrating. I did not reach out to the property manager at the time because there was not much that could change the lack of pool. We asked if we could utiloze a neighboring pool and were told "no." No discount was offered for the falsified information. The place was clean, nice set up, good location, cluster of a check in process.
