The ground floor walls are made of adobe (excellent thermal isolator), accesible for wheels chair, the house has been remodeled by the prestigious "Architect 1540". Wheel chair access, 1 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, A/C and full bathroom. Second bedroom with full bed, A/C, and half bathroom. Living room with 55 inches smart TV and sofa bed (for 3 person). Equiped kitchen, 3 french door fridge, mezquite 10 person dinning table. Terrace with 6 person table, 3-2-1 equipals and garden view.

Great location and property

If you’re looking for a great house, with a great location, and a great jacuzzi then this is it. Pedro was very communicative from the beginning and met us to show us around the house and was fantastic. Great jacuzzi, hot water, and ac. Excellent location and our group of 14 would absolutely return!

Beautiful home!

Pedro was a great host. We had a small misunderstanding upon check in. Pedro wanted to meet us at the house to show how to work the door lock and give us a tour of the house. I misunderstood and the group had other plans immediately after landing at the airport. Pedro moved his schedule around and met us at the house to show us around. He even gave us some welcome adult beverages! He was very communicative and checked in by text a couple of times throughout the trip. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The location was great; an easy walk to Central Tlaquepaque. I would definitely stay here again.
