Located 2 miles from the USC campus, we offer offstreet parking for two cars, but within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Newly renovated, bungalow with 2 king-size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office space with a single futon. Full kitchen with new appliances., exterior lighting and exterior security cameras.
