The condo was wonderful and well furnished. Even though the pool was closed we had a great time. Wonderful view!

The Association did not open the pool this year on the advice of our insurance company due to Covid19. I did advise you of closed pool in advance and I give you a 10% discount to compensate you for that. I think this is the first time in 10 years I have ever gotten anything other than a 5 star rating. We work very hard to make things enjoyable for our visitors.

"The Best of Everything"

Jackie was great to communicate with and everything was as described and photographed.. Actually it was better in person! We loved the roominess and quality of the condo, the view, pool and spa. We visit CHL frequently from Nashville and hope this is our new go to spot!

We had a fantastic time at Jackie's condo. The view was one of (if not the best) we have had at Center Hill Lake. Jackie was tremendous to work with, and very quick on communications. We loved access to the marina less than a mile away, and even spent a little time at the neighborhood pool. Would highly recommend Jackie's place for building memories at Center Hill Lake!

Getaway

We had a lovely time at this beautifully appointed condo. Most of our stay we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the lake just the two of us. Our friends came for one night to boat with us and our kids came one day for our annual family lake day. The rest of the time it was blissfully quiet. The condo is 5 minutes from the marina. The view is stunning. Sunrise over the lake was a beautiful beginning to each day.

I would definitely recommend this location for a family who wants to getaway for relaxation or for a holiday. Everything was exactly as stated on the description. With cooking for a family, there were all the needed items to make it easy. The owner was easy to contact and communicated with expectations in a timely manner. Great pick for sure.

Relaxing with a Beautiful View!

If you are looking for a quiet vacation spot that offers a beautiful view of Center Hill Lake then this is for you! The property has plenty of space for a big family. Great pool and hot tub also! There were some minor things that needed to be fixed but Jackie had her maintenance man come out and he addressed them all. Jackie was very responsive to all of our questions. Stores and restaurants are about 15 minutes away. Definitely recommend.

Center Hill Lake is a Corps of Engineers Lake, so all of the residences are built on bluffs around the lake providing for beautiful views. The shoreline is not private land. so it is not developed with houses and docks. The natural beauty is what makes Center Hill special.

We own a condo for our own use in the same gated community on Center Hill Lake and when this beautiful unit became available we thought it would be nice for our family to use and to rent to others when available. We love the peace & tranquility of the area, the beauty of the lake and surrounding hills and the privacy and security of our condo in this upscale gated community. We lock the door when we go back to Nashville and don't worry about it.
