Nice and quiet two-bedroom first-floor apartment with two full bathrooms. Well furnished in close location to the beach, shops and main attractions. There is a big pool in the community and one parking space with 2 guests parking spaces. The apartment has a golf course view from the patio as well. Beautiful Clubhouse for guest use as well. Common use washer & dryer available in the building. One month minimum rent with association approval. Community in Beautiful & tranquil surroundings.
