Beautiful Property and Home with responsive home owners.Further from Broken Bow than expected as Google map on VRBO site was not correct. Property is located Right on the river, in new gated development in Eagles Town down unpaved roads.

This cabin is beautiful and right on a river! Loved the view from the back porch and the fact that we didnt have cabins all around us! Perfect for our family and the kids had a blast!

There were hundreds of ladybugs in the house. We were given no warning of this, just arrived to an infestation. The first night they called out someone to sweep them up and get them out. Then after speaking with the host, they sent pest control to fog the house. While we appreciated this cost to the owner, no cleaner was sent afterwards to deal with the aftermath, so halfway through our stay we had dead ladybugs raining from the ceiling. When we asked the host about it, they said it was too late as the cleaners lived too far away, and it would have to be the next day. But no cleaners came the next day either. To be clear, the house is BEAUTIFUL and if this issue had not occurred, we would have given a perfect review.

Overall it was a great stay. The house was true to the pictures. The location was a bit out of the way, but beautiful and secluded. There were a couple of issues we communicated with the host, but nothing too major.

The address provide will not take you to the cabin. We were lost for an hour before we could find the cabin. The location is quiet and accurate

Cabin is gorgeous. Scenery was beautiful. The host was very helpful! We had such a great time and will be back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house and surroundings. River behind the house was very relaxing. Enjoyed time in the spa and the back porch. Rooms were very comfortable and roomy. Kitchen and great room was a great place to dine and visit with friends.

Almost Perfect Stay — Great Home With a Few Minor IssuesThis home was overall beautiful, spacious, and in a great location — we truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. The layout was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and the beds were very comfortable.That said, there were a few small details that could use some attention. The patio hadn’t been cleaned off (there was a wasp nest and it needed a good sweep), and the overall cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. The family room and outdoor TVs were missing a remote, so we had to share one from a downstairs bathroom. A few maintenance items stood out — the LED lights and fireplace in the family room didn’t work, and there was a slight smell from the water that we couldn’t quite place.Additionally, each bathroom only had two towel sets, and there were no hangers in the closets until we later found them all in an upstairs bedroom.None of these things were major, but they did add a bit of inconvenience to an otherwise lovely stay. With just a bit more attention to detail, this property would be absolutely perfect.

Beautiful property, bedrooms were clean, loved the atmosphere, the marble countertops were beautiful, enjoyed the hot tub, easy to cook in the kitchen (we bought cooking oil and left it there for future guests, everyone in our group loved the house.. probably the nicest Vrbo we've ever stayed in.. the only drawback were the flies. We couldn't figure out where they were coming from because we kept kilking them, but more would aopear the next day.

We had a wonderful trip over labor day weekend. This is our second time staying at Many River Retreat. We had so much fun in the creek behind the home as well as cooking on the grill twice. Ice machine on counter was a nice touch and used frequently. Would stay again!

Property is very nice. Looks just like the pictures. Sliding glass door lock was broken. There were tons of bugs and trash on the back patio. You could tell the floors had not been swept or mopped.

Great Home

The host was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The home itself is lovely beautifully kept, with a gorgeous water view and plenty of wildlife. We even had deer walk right up to the house, which was such a treat! The beds were very comfortable (which is huge for me when traveling), and I loved that there were two coffee makers a very important detail in my book.That said, I do want to note that when we arrived, the AC was not working well. It stayed uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, never getting cooler than 75F during the day. In the winter, this house would be perfect, but in the summer, with all the windows, the current AC unit just couldn’t keep up.Beyond that inconvenience, it truly was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay.It’s also worth mentioning that it’s about a 30-minute drive to Hochatown, so plan ahead for travel time.

We really enjoy our stay. The cabin was beautiful. I wish there smoke detectors and locks on the doors but besides that it was perfect.

Beautiful property overlooking a creek. Great arrangement with each room having its own bathroom, perfect space for family or friend gatherings, peaceful outdoor area to relax and unwind. It is located about 15-20 minutes outside of town and we appreciated that!

Peaceful stay

Rented this property for the 4th of July holiday week. What you see in pictures is what you get which was nice. Very peaceful. Kids fished played in river daily. Smores by the fire pit. Games and puzzles inside. Tv and coffee on the back deck. Washer dryer was great. Host communicated well when issue came up. Cell signal is spotty so the spam calls left me alone! Cooked our meals here. If you are picky about cookware bring your own but what is here is functional. If you have bigger group bring extra silverware/plates. You are 40 minutes from hochatown or the lake. It's very private. Caught bass, crappie, and perch! I definitely felt i got my money's worth!
