The Villa features 4 large bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and a gorgeous bathroom with shower is attached for your convenience.
Two bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds sleeping 4. This space is just perfect for kids but also adults will feel very comfortable. One shared bathroom is upstairs and another bathroom is downstairs next to the living room and kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen: What an amazing spot for cooking. Everything you can think of is provided. You will love the awesome kitchen island and the stainless steel appliances, of course inclusive dishwasher, fridge/freezer combo with ice maker, microwave and much more.
From the living room with comfy sofa and dining table to fit all, you can open up all doors to your amazing private pool. You will love the lounge chairs and hey, there is a large gas BBQ too!
Oh! And to the best spot: The large rooftop terrace..... you have a 360 degree view and you will see from the Caribbean Sea to the Maya Mountains everything! Perfect for your sun downer or morning coffee watching the sunrise.

Have we told you that even if we have a power outage which can happen in Belize, you don't have to worry? Yes that's right! The house has its own generator which comes on automatically. How wonderful is that!!

Back to the perfect location: in the gated community you can walk to the restaurant and enjoy an amazing dinner or you can go to the TOP Spa! Everything is just a few steps away. Maya Beach is only 1 mile north and you find top restaurants and bars there too. The beach is not even a minute walk, only cross the street and walk the easement and you have arrived!
