This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and Gulf!!! On the SouthWest corner with incredible views!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. This condo has never been rented, it is pristine!



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunset views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!



The condo's master bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom have a king bed and the 4th bedroom will have two full sized beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 12.



ome enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



NO SMOKING inside or OUTSIDE the unit is allowed



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great location, view & condo!

We vacationed with friends of ours and have no complaints about the condo itself. Very beautiful and cannot beat the views! Wonderful upgrades and had everything we needed. Was a great getaway spot for us. Our group had 10 people and we felt like we had enough room to spread out too. The property itself had options to keep all of us busy (adults and kids) whether it was rain or shine. We wish building management could have communicated better about what was under construction prior to our arrival. And would have been lenient about replacing our parking pass, that accidentally went missing, without penalty…But we do recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely look forward to coming back. The only thing that was frustrating was the long waits for the elevators, we were on the 12th floor and had to wait for long periods of time (20 min plus) to come up from the pool or beach. That is the only complaint. It is a beautiful condo!
