The space

As you enter the home, you’re welcomed by a grand 12-foot entryway that opens into a bright and airy open-concept great room. The living space features a large sectional sofa, accent seating, and a Roku TV with Sling for relaxing movie nights.

The living area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats eight guests, with additional seating at the peninsula bar.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home.

Entry is simple with keyless self check-in. A private access code will be provided before arrival.

The property includes:

• Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles total

Street parking is not permitted.

Community access requirement
This home is located in a gated community that requires guest registration.

After booking, guests must provide:
• Full name
• Date of birth

for each person staying at the property.

This information is required for entry at the guard gate. Failure to provide this information may result in denied access with no refund, as it is required by the community.

Pool information
Pool heating is available for an additional fee.

While we do our best to ensure the heater is operating properly, pool heaters are mechanical devices and may occasionally experience issues. If a problem arises, we will make every effort to resolve it quickly.

Please note:
• Refunds are not issued for heater malfunctions beyond the pool heating fee itself.

• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving
• No running around the pool
• Please enter using the steps (no jumping)

• Propane for the grill is not provided, but tanks can easily be exchanged at nearby hardware stores.
• Essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc.) are provided for the start of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing additional items if needed.
• The refrigerator does not dispense water.
• Naples Beach is approximately a 15-minute drive from the home.
