We had a wonderful stay at Mellow Palm! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were great. Check-in was easy, and Derek was responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with the refrigerator, and it was taken care of quickly. We'd happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house is perfect for a large family or group. There were 7 of us (all adults) and we had plenty of room. The house is beautiful and conveniently located not far from downtown Naples and the beach.

We had a fantastic stay in this villa. We visit Naples most years and have stayed at Briarwood previously. Without doubt this is one of the finest villas we have stayed at. From the communications with Derek, through to the cleanliness of the villa through to the fantastic amount of leisure equipment provided including weights and bench, bikes and back equipment; everything you need to make the most of Naples.
