Are there stairs?
Yes, stair climbing is required to enter and exit the home (approximately two steps)

Guests have access to the entire unit, designated fire pit and picnic table!

Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

**There are 2 total units on site, all rented to vacationing guests. All entrances and spaces are private with the exclusion of the property beach. **

During your stay, we ask that you please:
• Do not remove heavy makeup with our bath linens.
• Do not use hair dye of any kind.
• Do not use bath linens to clean up any messes or spills.
• Pet owners – please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or bedding.
• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.
