Minutes from Cox Medical Center and walking distance to Medical Mile, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Next to buss line and close to freeways. The home is newly renovated with stylish mid century modern theme. It has a large private backyard for kids and pets to play. To ensure property/guest safety, there is a camera at front entrance. Pets are welcome.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please turn off lights when not in use. -Please remove or wipe your shoes when inside, slippers provided to use inside. -No unregistered guests.
-Please no smoking, vaping, drugs, or burning inside. -There will be an excess cleaning fee if you don't leave the home in a reasonable condition.

This lovely home check all the boxes for our Bowling Group stay. The house immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked and offered high end appliances. Included in the extras were things like Insta pot, blender, waffle maker anything that you could want. This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed chatting with a neighbors and attending their garage sale. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were large and fully stocked. Because of the nice weather we were able to enjoy the backyard by having coffee every morning on the patio. I would highly recommend this property. We are hoping to have the opportunity to possibly stay again during our next bowling tournament visit. Blessings to you and your lovely home, Thank you so much… Tracy
