Great location

The house was in a great location. Walking distance to many little restaurants and bars. The owner was amazing and had everything you could want. The house was remodeled and perfect for our group. Very clean. Great front porch, backyard with firepit. The perfect place in springfield.

Fantastic place to stay

Lisa was a wonderful host! This place was super clean and had all the little extras you need. Our dog loved the huge fenced backyard with bunnies and squirrels to chase. My husband loved having the private master suite with NOT all white bedding and towels for once! We all enjoyed the pool table and games. The setup was perfect for a large extended family with plenty of privacy but also spaces to get together. I wish I had this beautiful patio at home to hang out on in the evenings. We'll definitely stay here again next year!

Welcome to the Black Palace loft! The perfect downtown spot!

Lovely loft unique in character

We loved the accommodations. Bed was comfy and the decor was so unique. What stood out to me was the cleanliness which was an A+. Within waking distance to the square and coffee shops. You have to be into the nightlife as it is above some happening places, which keep going until things shut down. Parking was a bit of an issue with us later in the day, and it happened to be on a weekend of the Route 66 Festival right around the corner; fair to say that may have complicated parking for sure. We did always get a spot we just had to drive around a little. Outside of that, it was a pleasant stay and very convenient.

Perfectly Peaceful

This guest house was just what we needed and just as advertised. We enjoyed finding little treats in the kitchen throughout our stay and the hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. The area is quiet and definitely feels secluded, even though the main house is actually very close. We would definitely stay here again!
