The whole house (first floor) is available and accessible. There is a basement space we have that`s locked - where we stow storage and cleaning supplies



We have a wonderful, established, quiet neighborhood. It is in characteristic fashion with most neighborhoods in the North Springfield territory.



We have four cameras installed along the four exterior/outside walls for your comfort and security. There is also a smart doorbell on each exterior door that can be accessed by guests through four Alexa Echo Show devices in the house.

Rooms were clean and well-furnished. Kitchen was stocked with essential tableware and cookware. Our kids really enjoyed having "Alexa" available.

House was everything we needed. comfortable beds, great communication with owner. We got to town a little early and the house wasn't ready until after the 4:00 check in. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes so the cleaners could finish. Other than that, all was good.

Wonder smart home

This property is a wonderful, clean and comfortable smart home. The neighborhood looks a little run down, but it is perfectly safe. We enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed for the work week and used this as our base locations.

Not handicapped accessible

The house couldn’t have been more perfect! I didn’t think to see if it was handicap accessible and it was not! My sister couldn’t make it up the stairs and fell. We had to call 911 for help and they were there within a few minutes and got her picked up and in the house. I will check next time to be sure that there is a ramp not steps and a walk in shower, not all bathtubs.

Smart Choice

Choosing this “smart house” was a smart choice! Not only is it well appointed and comfortable, it is so much fun to turn lights on and off using voice commands. Even if you have been around the sun 75 times like me and are not very techy, no worries - the owners have left very clear instructions in multiple places. I highly recommend this property!

Work trip

This is a great property. All of the smart home features were very helpful and fun to use. Having three bedrooms and two full baths was perfect for our trip. The open layout of the kitchen and living room space made working and relaxing easy. There was plenty of private space to spread out as needed. It was a great option to reduce the cost of a work trip.
