Sandra, I hate that you had that experience. We do apologize for the inconvenience. This has never happened before. We really don’t get a lot of bookings from this platform and there aren’t any alerts or reminders sent out. I would also just suggest reaching out to hosts prior to showing up at the property if you haven’t received any check in instructions. Communication both ways is the safest way to avoid any issues. Again, we are very sorry that this happened.

Thanks for staying at our property. We are continuously making upgrades. The kitchen has all new appliances, floors and countertops. The bathrooms have been upgraded. The bedrooms have new beds, furniture, flooring and TV’s in a couple. The dining room has also been upgraded. We appreciate your business.

Ross I am sorry that you didn’t enjoy all the accommodations. The house actually has two queen beds and a full bed. We apologize that on the VRBO site there wasn’t a picture of the single bed in the gym room. However, since that time we have actually put a twin bed in that room. There are uploaded pictures on the site of the bed in that bedroom. Thanks for staying with us! We appreciate your feedback.

William I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Maybe your guest picked up the water before you saw it because there were three bottles in the refrigerator and two bottles at the guest welcome table as you enter the house. Also, there isn’t a garage, but there is a storage room that is not accessible by guest.

I’m surprised VRBO even let you put this review up after I threatened to call the police on you all for having an unauthorized party in the house!!! And you all disobeyed the no smoking rule and left party favors throughout the house!!! Plus, you all burned a cigarette/cigar stain into the bathroom sink!! Don’t consider anything that this retaliation review says! She promised to pay half for the damage but reneged on that! The only female that I mentioned to you was about the one turning my camera away from the door entrance so I couldn’t see who was coming in! What a joke!!

Teddy, sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We rarely ever get that type of review. I’m not sure what mildew smell you’re referring to. Never heard that before nor experienced it as I’m in and out often. As far as the backyard it was under renovation along with a guesthouse and the pond. We actually put that outside work was occurring in the check in instructions.
