Apartment with sea views, located 100 meters from Iracema Beach. Great view of the fireworks from the Fortress of Eve party. Next to great bars, restaurants and night clubs of Fortaleza. Located a100 meters from Beira Mar Avenue, beautiful postcard of the city of Fortaleza, where is located the traditional crafts fair Beira-Mar and 1.5 km from the Cultural Center of the Sea Dragon, center with many attractions such as theater, cinema and museum . It is 2 km from Fortaleza Central Market, perfect place to purchase regional items. It is also close to the metal bridge, beautiful tourist spot with stunning views of the sea.
The condominium has a large leisure structure with swimming pools, sauna,
 playroom, fitness center, conference room. Residential environment.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and one suite, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, spacious balcony overlooking the sea. Comfortably sleeps 6 people, we have refrigerator, stove, microwave, sandwich maker, air conditioning and TV in all rooms, water heating.

Apartment wasn't clean. Fan in kitchen was full of dust, tv in master room didn't work, hole under air condition unit, shower was dirty and crusty on lower corners.

O imóvel é a coisa mais linda e prática da vida! Nos serviu muito bem pra tudo. Tem louças, microondas e liquidificador. Com dois quartos, o lugar é mt aconchegante. Ele não fica na beira mar mas é muito perto, em 1 min andando chega. Tem farmácia, mercadinho e cafés próximo. Pensei q o andar seria problema mas o elevador do prédio é mt tranquilo. Amamos muito!

Adoramos Fortaleza!!! Lugar lindooo demais!!! A proprietária Diah, é muito querida, nos atendeu desde e o inicio até o fim com muito carinho sempre esclarecendo todas as nossas dúvidas! Nossa estada foi ótima, o apartamento é td que dizia o anuncio, foi perfeito para nós!!! Fomos eu, meu esposo e meus dois filhos, um de 13 e outro de 16 anos que desfrutaram muito das piscinas que o prédio tem, é uma baita estrutura, super seguro com vigilantes 24 horas por dia, muito bem localizado, tem td pertinho, fazíamos td caminhando. Super indico. E é claro pretendemos voltar !!! Diah muito obrigada pela acolhida! Abs,
