Lousy apartment in Fortaleza December 6-13 2023

The apartment was not clean and the refrigerator was unclean and awful and worked only occasionally plus it was old. There were only fitted sheets on the beds and the first night I had to sleep without no top sheet and no blankets. They never sent blankets for the whole 7 days and nights. The place was very small and my relative was very unhappy with his room too.i wouldn’t recommend this place even to someone I didn’t like. When I went to complain to the front gate porter he said before I started, I know your apartment, everyone complains and the owners do nothing to help. I hope VRBO tells people not to rent this apartment, EVER!!!!!!!!!

Viagem a Fortaleza!

Positivos O imóvel é perto de tudo. Beira Mar, farmácias, restaurantes etc. Ótima localização. Porteiros solícitos. Tem uma lanchonete no condomínio. Serve de tudo. Tem piscina, saiba, academia, cinco elevadores. Alguns apartamentos aceitam pets.vasta seguir as normas. Outros não. O apartamento que fiquei é no terceiro andar. Muito quente. Precisa de algumas reformas. As camas são de mola . Um pouco desconfortável! Os utensílios de cozinha precisam de uma reforma ou melhor novos. A geladeira tem pouca pressão na porta portanto precisa verificar se fechou de verdade. Os quartos precisam de uma pintura. O banheiro precisa de um sistema de ventilação pois assim que vc acaba o banho já está suado de tão quente que é dentro dele. Tem ar condicionado nos quartos . Tivemos um problema com a lâmpada de entrada do apartamento o qual dificultava ler o segredo do cofre da chave. Ficamos seis dias usando a lanterna do celular para ver as letras. O receio maior era ter alguém escondido já que era uma escuridão total. As lâmpadas do corredor não acedem por sensores . Vc precisa aciona Las. Acredito que apartamentosde temporada requerem um cuidado constante reconforto nós utensílios.

Olá, Roseane. Foi um prazer recebê-los e agradeço as críticas construtivas. Elas nos ajudam a melhorar. Quanto ao calor, não temos como controlá-lo no nosso verão em Fortaleza. Assim, nada podemos fazer para mudar nesse quesito. No mais, desde que você esteve aqui para o presente momento trocamos todas as peças da cozinha e acrescentamos novas. A porta da geladeira foi devidamente reparada. Hoje temos uma cama queen na suíte. Não temos mais colchões de mola. Também instamos junto à administração do condomínio para que mantenha novas as luzes dos corredores. Estamos sempre atentos a problemas relacionados às áreas comuns. Quanto à pintura, já a adiamos algumas vezes porque as reservas continuam chegando e nos apraz receber novos hóspedes. Forte abraço e seja sempre bem-vinda!

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO

Apartamento muito aconchegante e bem localizado no centro de Fortaleza, fica perto de tudo, pois fica em frente a praia de Iracema. Anfitrião sempre disposto a nos ajudar no que foi preciso. Recomendo a estadia no mesmo.
