Hist was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. The place had a great outdoor shared space that we ate multiple meals in. We had some drinks and watched the Olympics at night under the grass roofed pavilion. Close to lots of places. Great stay. Would recommend it.

Unit was very clean and functional. Minor concerns with kitchen sink slow draining, bedroom blinds not working properly, and no exhaust in the bathroom. The pool is offsite and the one time we attempted to visit it was closed to the public due to a private event. Beach is a short drive away. The room did not have a microwave but there was a communal one available. Overall stay was good a would recommend.

Rental was broken into and the host never responded

During our stay with my wife and 2 young kids we had someone break into through the back door at 3:30am. This door was right next to where my wife and baby were sleeping. We fortunately scared him off but the experience without question made us leave the property the next morning, ending our stay a couple days early. I spoke to a couple people who worked at the property and they were shocked but left it at that. I notified the vrbo host but he never responded. You'd imagine they may refund the last couple days... or just apologize...but we got nothing. There was other issues with the place as well but they fail in comparison to having an intruder enter the home with your family sleeping and the host doing absolutely nothing about it. This is my first and only negative review I've ever given and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Guest failed to lock doors in a shared property, we had another guest checking into another suite late at night and accidentally walked into the wrong suite and immediately walked out. This is a micro boutique hotel with 7 individual suites, and described as such. It’s unfortunate, we never had anything like this ever happen, this property is in a trendy area, and exceptionally safe. The only requirement is to lock your doors, especially at night. We ensured them it was accidental and even provided camera footage and apologized. As much as we try to be proactive we can’t control certain factors, this review is clearly not in line with the rest and retaliatory because guests didn’t get the refund they wanted. VRBO said we didn’t do anything wrong and instructed us to uphold our policy since it was the guest that forgot to lock the door.
