Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful waterfront duplex! Recently renovated this 2 bedroom/2 bath single story apartment is located about a mile from the beach and only 20 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Whether you want to relax by our pool or enjoy the restaurants in Lauderdale by the Sea, we provide the perfect spot with plenty of amenities.

Boat dockage available for our guests upon request! First come first serve.

The Space:
This home is a single level duplex with two units. Juanita's Villa is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, while Diana's Villa is a 2 bedroom/1 bath. Each unit has their own separate entrance and parking spaces.

This home has a SHARED backyard with a pool, tiki bar, and boat dock.

Boat dock that can accommodate a 25 foot boat! Must be requested and reserved if bringing your boat.

If you are interested in renting the entire home (both units) please message the host to see if the units are available at the same time for needed dates.

Our unit provides many amenities including linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, private washer/dryer, Roku TV, outdoor gas grill, and fully equipped kitchen.

Juanitas villa had perfectly appointed rooms and new kitchens and baths.Sliders to a beautiful clean pool! Very refreshing water!! Comfortable seating on patio surrounding pool and on dock overlooking waterway. Villa located in lovely neighborhood with extremely friendly and pet friendly!! We had a fabulous time!!

This is a gorgeous, safe, and quiet waterfront neighborhood. The waterfront views can't be beat and the location is fantastic. Within 5 miles you can go to several beaches and find tons of delicious restaurants, or you can take a 20 minute cab ride and enjoy the Las Olas nightlife!
