Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start the washing machine for the cleaners. The door will lock after you shut the door. Make sure to empty all trashcans. One in kitchen and one in bathrooms.
Do not sit on bedspreads, chairs, or sofa with wet clothes.Will have to take damage deposit if condo is damaged
Can not have over 7 in condo. If you have 8 call me. Fire Marshall will not let over 8 in condo.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Please honor this rule. HOA has a SIGN ON THE DOOR to not bring in the dolly in the unit. Just unload at the door. Hoa will charge 100.00
Wash towels before leaving. Sheets can be left on the bed. The rules are in rental agreement. DO NOT HAVE OVER SEVEN IN UNIT 25.00 EXTRA PERSON.

Perfection!

I couldn't have ask for a better condo. Very clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The elevators were fast. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, peaceful, fun

This was our first vacation as a family in over 10 years and our first with the grandson. The condo was absolutely beautiful. The view was gorgeous. We had the best time relaxing on the beach and in the room. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us and the grandson loved it. He especially loved the master shower. The walk to the beach was not far and the pool was nice. Communication with Ms. Jan was great. Check in/out was easy. We had no problems and had a wonderful time. Will definitely be back.

Parent’s 60th anniversary

This was a big family trip to celebrate my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary. We had 5 different condos rented in Sunrise & let me just say that all my siblings wished they had this condo! It was just as the pictures appeared, beautiful! My parents & one of my sisters were staying in a condo on the same floor & when I walked into their unit I was hit with a “not so clean” smell. This unit was so clean I didn’t worry about my 16 month grandson climbing & playing everywhere. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, plus there was plenty of extra dish towels for clean up. Almost forgot to mention how comfortable the mattress were. I would definitely recommend staying here! Jan was super easy to work with & definitely wants everyone to enjoy their stay in her condo!

Sunrise has parking underneath the condo which is safe and secure and not across the street. Can walk from condo to several restaurants. Has a large gym, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, grilling station and a snack bar.

This condo is beautiful with pretty furniture and decorations in blue and green. I decorated this condo as if I lived there with a beautiful chandelier and sconces. condo has extra sitting on balcony to view the ocean. Kitchen is updated with pots and pans.
Large Walk in shower with a bench and updated granite in kitchen and both bathrooms. Has beautiful beachy floors and newly painted walls.
