Close to the Waterside shops and Seagate Beach, Mercato, and Fifth Ave. Welcome to this quiet couch style condo in the Quail Run Golf community that has golf views and water views from the lanai and is just steps away to the community tennis courts and pool. Open floor plan 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Kitchen is totally remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and large breakfast bar. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, walk in closet, and beautiful golf course views. The guest bedroom and third bedroom/office is in the front of the condo so there is plenty of privacy and separation. Bring your laptop and work remote as the third bedroom has a desk with large monitor and plenty of space. Condo has WIFI and 2 Smart TVs

Very nice condo and location

All the amenities of home. Tennis courts and pool a very short walk. Comfy bed. Location great with stores close by. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Fantastic Condo

It was a nice stay for around then six weeks. The condo is well stuffed with everything you need. It is just a few minutes drive to the beach. You can walk to Publix and near restaurants… even Costco is around the corner. Our host Linda was very courteous. We really appreciate that we could be here.
