Thank you ao much! I really appreciate your kindness.
Perfect spot. Seconds from the entrance to the park. Sipping coffee by the river in the morning. Evenings playing games and enjoying time on the patio grilling. Just amazing
Loved it here! Cute retro decor. Kick ass bbq grill. Beautiful view (and sounds) of the rushing river out back. Location is fantastic. Water temp and pressure is great, beds too! Plenty of kitchenware, 2 big screen tvs and arcade games and a mini pool table gave the kids something to do. Host was easy to contact and responsive. Just be careful of the steps going down to the river if you have littles. Bonus: the ducks on the river came to visit us every time we sat on the riverbank
Loved it! The location right on the river is truly superb — the views are beautiful, and being able to hear the river from the room was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The home itself is cute and retro with lots of charm, very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was also conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything easy. The host was amazing, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again. Thank you!!

Thank you so much Julie!! You are the absolute best. 🙏💙
Charming property and great location for exploring the national park. Great communication and check in process. The kitchen is a bit small if you plan on cooking but there is plenty of space for a family of 5-6. Great river side backyard without a ton of river noise. Bring your own coffee setup if you're a serious coffee drinker but otherwise amenities are well appointed.
This retro house was perfect for our visit to the Sequoia National Park. The kids loved all the games and we loved the view of the river from the spacious deck. The host was extremely responsive and even provided restaurant recommendations nearby. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a visit the Sequoia National park.
You can’t beat this location if you are going to Sequoia National Park. Our kids loved the game room, and my husband and I loved the river! Perfect resting spot after a day of adventures.
Fabulous location 1 mile from Sequoia National Park entrance on a river where we relaxed for hours, nearby restaurants and supply stores. Also enjoyed all the games.
My family had such a great stay at this house. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. The house was a great location from the National Park and my family really enjoyed coming back after a long day in the park. The games were a hit by the kids and the house had everything in order to make a good meal after eating out for so many days.

Thank you so much Page. It was an absolute pleasure hosting you and your wonderful family. Thank you again for being such wonderful guests.
Doesn’t get any closer to Sequoia National Park than this. Great view and great location. House is clean with plenty of room. AC units are a bit loud but even in the heat of summer it’s possible to cool bedrooms to allow the units to be turned off for the night.
The property is delightful. The deck outback watching the river is really great. The owner sent us a lot of email links to different things you can do in the area and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
This home is definitely retro (some items frankly just old). That said it's a fun home and great for families. The location is scenic and extremely convenient, 2 minutes from Sequoia entry. The checking information and communication ahead of time regarding attractions, local shops/stores was extremely helpful. The check-in/checkout process was easy and the host was very responsive and insured we had everything we needed for our stay.
Great location about a mile from Sequoia with a beautiful outdoor living space on the river as well as very fun retro decor on the interior! Beware of rodents etc though given proximity to the Sierras here. Unfortunately awoke to mouse droppings all over the kitchen table despite minimal in and out time at the home!! Owner quickly responsive and we also had a nice text from the house cleaner upon initial arrival. Overall a great stay, but be very mindful of limiting entry/exit time to keep pests out!!!

Thanks for your review! We're glad you loved the location and decor. Sorry about the mouse droppings, but we sent someone over right away to take care of it once you told us. We do our best to rodent-proof, but sometimes guests leaving doors open can let them in. Appreciate your feedback and glad you enjoyed your stay overall! Thanks for understanding the challenges of a rural area.
The house is perfect, clean and with everything you need if you want to spend some days surrounded by nature. It has beautiful views and a private beach to the river just below the house, super relaxing! It is super refreshing to swim and play with the kids too! Lots of things to do!! Billar, barbecue, arcades, ping pong and restaurants a couple of minutes away :D The sequoia national park entrance is only half a mile away too! The owners are really nice and attentive people. They give lots of useful and detailed information.
Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!!!!!

Thank you so much Jose for such a kind review. It is truly an honor having you and your family here. Thanks again for being such wonderful guests.
The property manager and the cleaning contact were instantly responsive and so helpful. They went above and beyond. The place was clean and had all the items it advertised. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. Our kids were just old enough (youngest 8), that they followed our direction not to go to the river on their own. If you have younger kids that might go out on their own, that is something you would want to consider. Would definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! We're grateful for guests like you who make hosting such a joy! Thank you again for being such wonderful guests.
Our family loved this property. The outdoor area was amazing and we ate one dinner al fresco (there were mosquitos so next night without a breeze, we opted for inside). Our son loved the mini pool table. I would have loved a king sized bed in one of the rooms and maybe a table on both side of the bed (had to put glasses and water bottle on the floor), this would provide options for larger adults, but the rooms were comfortable and as described. Texted once or twice with the owner and they were very responsive. Would have like more silverware, but realized we never used the dishwasher so maybe more forks were there, but we never saw them! Oops! The oven was funky - very deep, not wide which threw me when I first saw the tray to make our garlic bread for dinner. Would have loved a place to prop tired feet while watching a movie - the dangers of 30k steps in one day at the park. The drive to Kings Canyon involved 1.5 hour drive along very twisty and windy roads, so be prepared if trying to visit both parks. Overall we LOVED staying here and would definitely recommend this place to others who want a gorgeous view and to be very close to the parks. Kids wanted to try out the rope swing into the river, but it was going very fast in the spring and a bit too dangerous for me! If this is available, I'd stay here!
