Pristine pool and grounds with off street parking with 24 hour guard service. Smoke free environment. 1 block walk to fabulous La Ropa Beach on calm water, Zihuatanejo Bay with restaurants and many watersport options. Surrounding hills with great restaurants and sunset views.

Very peaceful and quiet location. 2 Bathrooms including one in Master Suite. Air condiitoning units and ceiling fans in each room. Wireless internet. Cable TV, Washer dryer.

Perfect Location

The condo was clean, comfortable and roomy. It is in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach with it's many restaurants. Buses and taxis close by if you want to go into town. We are hoping to stay there again next year.

Great Zihua Condo

This is our 2nd time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the last time. The condo is clean and roomy and the property is beautiful and beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is ideal... a short walk to Playa la Ropa with it's mile-long beach and many bars/restaurants.

We fell in love with Zihuatanejo, La Ropa beach and this condo complex in 2006. We live in and enjoy Colorado but it is great to break up the winter with some fun, sun and relaxation in what we affectionately call ' Zihua'.

Why they chose this property

We love the funky local town of Zihuatanejo with the families and friendly people. La Ropa beach (one block away) has 'feet in the sand' restaurants, flat beach running and walking and water sports. The surrounding hills give Zihua a Mediterranean feel complete with great restaurants and spectacular sunset views. The weather is perfect with lots of sunshine and 85 to 90 degrees during the days and room temperature about 70 degrees at night.

What makes this property unique

Instant relaxation and enjoyment of cozy condo and pool setting with walking access to pristine La Ropa beach on Zihuatanejo bay. Water activites and feet in the sand dining a few minutes away along with hillside sunset views from some of the best restaurants in the world. Walking and running on a flat beach with views of Zihuatanejo Bay and surrounding hills. Pristine grounds with a fun pool and a very quiet setting with a wide and spacious deck to view the mountain and listen to the birds. This along with all of the comforts of home with separate AC and fans in each room, Wireless internet, cable TV washer dryer and completely equipped kitchen.
