Ski in, Ski Out in 7th Heaven

7th Heaven is true ski-in/ski-out living at the Steamboat Resort gondola base area. This completely renovated and privately owned condo is found within the Sheraton Resort Village; it is a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom property in a location that can't be beat! Your stay will include access to the following amenities of the hotel: an underground parking spot, heated pool, hot tubs, ski-storage in the ski shop, access to participate in daily hotel activities (with additional fee), and a large fitness center. On site you will also be able to enjoy the restaurant, a coffee shop featuring Starbucks coffee, a game room with a pool table, and the Rocky Mountain Day Spa. Please note: THERE IS NO access (use) to the front desk, concierge, or room service. You will be provided with a 24/7 manager contact phone number in case an emergency arises during your stay.

This unique 2-bedroom condo has two stories and features stunning mountain views. The spacious main floor living area is well appointed with a brand new top of the line comfortable sectional (sleeper) sofa, a leather lounge chair and ottoman, a 75-inch flat screen TV, reading lights and a cupboard full of family games to choose from. The large living room windows let in a ton of natural light and offers a spectacular view of Steamboat's iconic slopes and gondola, as you relax by the stacked stone gas fireplace. In this open concept lower level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need from cookie sheets, to multiple pans to cook that big breakfast in. We stock the kitchen with the extras such as tinfoil, baggies, salt and pepper, glass storage containers, and detergent to do a load of dishes. The dining area has seating for eight at the table where you and your family and friends can enjoy having meals or playing games for hours. In addition, there are three leather stools around a marble countertop. The bathroom located downstairs is an additional full bath to accommodate those extra guests sleeping on the hideaway or to provide that extra shower when everyone wants to rinse off after a soak in the hot tub!

Head up the stairs for the sleeping spaces. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a full twin convertible sleeper chair, and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has a deluxe queen bed with a strategically placed perpendicular twin-over bunk, allowing plenty of space above while sleeping. Directly across the hall is the second full bathroom. All bathrooms feature organic tea tree shampoo and conditioner, luxury body wash and soap, and lotion. In the hallway, a washer and dryer make traveling light even more appealing. We start you off with your first load of detergent just in case travel gets messy. Don't forget the bonus sleeping arrangement - a top of the line sectional in the living room that features a brand new pull out bed!
