Beautiful Villa with a spectacular view of the ocean and the mountains surrounding Ixtapa. Located in Porto Ixtapa, a high end gated comunity. With its 3 Bedrooms this two-story house can acomodate up to 10 guests. The terrace with a Jacuzzi, bunk beds, hammock and a nice lounge is super agreable. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and Doña Mary who cleans the Villa daily can help you with breakfast; she is one of Ixtapa's best cooks! You have free access to Porto Ixtapa's services: two beautifull pools, Restaurant, which is excellent and fair priced, Tennis and Padel courts and gym all set in beautiful tropical gardens. We look forward hosting you.

Outstanding Vacation at Villa Andrea in Ixtapa

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Andrea last week. The 3 bedrooms were lovely, the air conditioning worked great, the location was amazing, and the views were astounding. To add to the perfection, Doña Mary was there every morning to cook our breakfast, clean the house, and make everything new for us each day. Gaby helped with a special request we made and replied promptly to my questions. If we return to Ixtapa, we will definitely stay at the lovely Villa Andrea!

My passions are my family and sports. I love to walk, cycle and swim. Porto Ixtapa is perfect for that and I enjoy it very much. We cook together with my children and that brings us together.

Why they chose this property

Porto Ixtapa is very secure, as it is a gated comunity with surveillance at the entrance. It is beautiful with a spectacular view to the ocean and mountains. The tropical gardens are well kept and I love to walk through them to come to the seashore. The cycling circuit, Ixtapa's "ciclopista" is nearby. We enjoy going to the beach or having a swim at of the available pools.

What makes this property unique

The Villa is cleaned daily by Doña Mary. She also helps with breakfast and she is one of Ixtapa's best cooks. She is allways in a good mood and very acomodating. She brings joy to our stays with her ever present smile.
