Coco Bungalow is a tropical romantic hideaway located in one of West Palm Beach's finest residential historic neighborhoods south of Southern Blvd.

Walk 5 minutes east to the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway promenade with iconic views of Palm Beach over the water.

Coco Bungalow’s king and queen bedrooms have views of the pool and back garden. French doors from each room allows direct excess to the outdoor living room.

This expansive property is ideal for honeymoons, two couples traveling together or a family vacation. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining.

The lounge has 3 twin beds for additional sleeping.

The private salt-filter heated pool and additional hot tub are surrounded by a hammock of coconut trees (all lit up at night) fulfilling your quest for that perfect private tropical vacation.

Revel in the romantic setting while enjoying the comforts of a fully functional beautifully appointed home. Ask for all our services or be completely on your own.

Five to ten minutes drive to City Place for dining, shopping and entertainment, Worth Avenue in Palm Beach for upscale shopping and views, down-town West Palm Beach w/ loads of restaurants to choose from, Lake Worth Beach fun vibe and of course loads of beaches up and down the coast!

House is 1000 sq ft plus a 250 sq ft outdoor living room. The entire property allows for indoor/outdoor living.

Beautiful Private Home

Great Familly vacation

Everything you need, beautiful property

Absolutely beautiful place to stay when visiting the Palm Beach area. This home was fully stocked with everything you need. Close driving distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The host is easy to reach and has done an incredible job with this space!

Great Vacation Spot

Had a great 4-day weekend here. The house is very comfortable, and we loved the yard, pool, hot tub etc. Mary was super friendly and even sent her sons over to clean the pool mid-stay, after a storm had blown a lot of leaves and debris into the water. The house is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Thanks for a great trip!

A little tropical paradise

Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations! We will forever hold his vacation in our hearts. It was a beautiful family getaway with most if our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. We cooked healthy meals our entire trip and reconnected as a family. Would go back every month if we could..

Backyard Oasis

This property is exceptional and is the best property we have ever rented. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area. The backyard is beautiful and the house layout is great for couples. Mary was so responsive to all of our questions. We definitely were sad when we had to leave.

Fantastic home

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation home. It was so clean and fresh in the house. The backyard is amazing. The beds & bedding are as nice as a five star hotel. Mary—property manager—had excellent contact with us. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay at Coco Bungalow!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It is as beautiful as it is in the photos and professionally cleaned. It had anything and everything we could have possibly needed and Mary made herself readily available if the need arose. We would be happy to stay here again if not at one of her other properties. Wish we could have spent another week! Highly recommended!

One of the best vacations ever,

My wife and I stayed at this property for our 20th-year anniversary. The home was a perfect size and fit our needs so well. The backyard area is unlike any place where we've ever stayed. A private and relaxing paradise. Mary's customer service is second to none. She has thought of everything you would need to have a great stay. We are eager to return in the future.

Perfect in every way

We stayed over Thanksgiving week. 4 adults and two kids fit perfectly. Well stocked kitchen, linens and beach/pool towels. The backyard is just beautiful. With plenty of sitting/napping areas it is easy to just fall asleep. Pool and hot tub were frequently visited by everyone. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you Mary!

It actually is a little oasis

Exactly as advertised. Mary provided immediate assistance to our only issue which isn’t even worth mentioning because it was fixed over the phone. Convenient to Cityplace, Palm Beach airport, and “the island” and only 25 minutes to Delray Beach.

Amazing Tropical Retreat

It was a beautiful experience and perfect for our family. My son and nephew enjoyed the TV lounge area a lot, very cozy. Everything was perfectly organized, clean and stocked with everything we could need. The backyard is so beautiful and relaxing, the pool was perfect. The location also was a plus, great neighborhood and very close to everything. Truly a wonderful retreat, the only thing we regret is not booking for a longer period! We highly recommend and thank Mary for being an amazing host. I give 7 out of 5 ⭐️ stars!

Vacation Oasis

Wanted to take my wife away on a romantic getaway....could not have made a better choice. Coco Bungalo was the perfect choice. Yard and pool are totally private. Spent our days alone resting and relaxing. The house was very clean and well furnished. Everything you need is available to make your stay comfortable. The owners were fantistic. Always a phone call a way to answer a question or provide a recommendation about what West Palm has to offer. A fantistic getaway vacation home!

Private perfection

A perfect retreat. Close to everything, easy airport and highway access. House spotlessly clean, all amenities wonderful, Very private. We spent most time out on the covered living area. Outdoor shower was a huge hit. All furniture is very comfy.Pride of ownership and enjoying making guest trip excellent is evident. All prior reviews are true!!! I hate to hit submit for this because selfishly I want it available for us again!!! Will be back!!!

I have been staying at properties for over 20 years and I can comfortably say that Mary is the best host we have ever encountered. This is a level of support and service in renting a property that an elite hotel concierge cannot provide. It was shockingly impressive. The property itself was fantastic, particularly the tropical retreat this couple created in their backyard. It is spectacular and seems out of place in this area. You forget where you’re at most of the time. We stayed with a family of 5 and my teenage boys stayed in the converted lounge and loved it, freeing up my preteen daughter to have the spare bedroom, and my wife and I in the master. The outdoor shower was out of this world and I highly recommend it. If you’re looking for a great and unique place to stay that makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise, try this property. Truly special place.

Absolute Private Paradise!

This was the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in! Everything was set up for ease and enjoyment. The house is well stocked with everything you need from toiletries, to towels, to laundry detergent… you name it. The decor is as pictured and even more beautiful in person. And the yard… wow! It was truly a private oasis. The pool, outdoor seating and the outdoor shower were incredible. Everything was so clean and the owners were so communicative and made check in and check out a breeze. They left thoughtful little treats and made sure to help us feel at home. Whenever we are in West Palm going forward this is definitely our spot! 10 out of 10! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Wow...Amazing

When you stay at this place you are not just paying for a bed to sleep in, you are purchasing an experience. My wife and i visited and stayed here for three days to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. All i can say is wow... Do it. Treat yourself and your significant other and maybe invite another couple.. The place was very clean and elegant. The home felt like a piece of Florida history. We felt like royalty during our stay. Mary was very friendly and responded very quick to any questions. This place is truly a gem an an overall amazing experience. 6 out of 5 stars!

Hidden Oasis

My family of 4 stayed here for 7 days and didn’t want to leave. In fact, we have already booked another week next year! Inside, the property has stunning decor and was very comfortable/cozy for our family. The beds were extremely comfortable and it is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the beach and downtown. Mary makes sure you have everything you need. The highlights for us were: toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, laundry supplies, beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/towels, Google Chromecast, family board games, paper towels/toilet paper, bug spray… No detail is overlooked. Outside is the real deal - the pictures don’t even do the backyard justice. We hardly left the house for the first few days because our family was busy enjoying the gorgeous pool, hot tub, lounge chairs in the sun, comfy day bed in a screened in area and the luxurious covered outdoor living room. Kleine Oase mit viel Privatsphäre

Süßes Haus mit sehr liebevoll hergerichtetem Garten. Vor allem der Garten mit Pool fühlt sich an wie eine kleine private Oase. Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wir hatten einen von vorn bis hinten erholsamen und schönen Aufenthalt! Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!

The Bel-air Historic District is renown for its quaint neighborhood where the majority of homes were built before 1950. Families will find this home the ideal place to stay while enjoying all that our area has to offer from neighborhood water parks, the beautiful Intracoastal waterway and of course, the ocean.

This small home is located on a double lot offering copious amounts of outdoor living space. Completely surrounded by tropical foliage, coconut trees, Royal palms and a myriad of other tropical delights, Coco Bungalow is completely immersed in a sunshine paradise.
