Hermoso apartamento tipo estudio con cocina separada y balcón orientado al oeste con preciosos jardines. WIFI gratuito y llamadas internacionales, TV de 32 "con una amplia gama de canales internacionales. De no fumadores.

A menos de tres minutos a pie del mar Mediterráneo (Croisette) y aún más cerca de la Rue Antibes, la zona comercial más elegante de Cannes. El bloque de apartamentos está cerca del mundialmente famoso Hotel Carlton y está situado en una de las zonas residenciales más convenientes de la ciudad. Idealmente ubicado en el cuarto piso (con ascensor) del edificio de apartamentos tranquilo. El estudio se encuentra a solo unos minutos a pie del Palais des Festivals (centro de convenciones).

Con WIFI gratuito, llamadas telefónicas locales e internacionales gratis y una gran TV "inteligente" con cable que incluye canales en inglés y en francés, este estudio es ideal para negocios o vacaciones.

Renovado a muy alto nivel y con aire acondicionado. Hall de entrada que conduce a la sala de estar, cocina independiente y armario de agua. Duerme dos cómodamente con la parte superior de la gama, sofá cama tamaño queen. Cuarto de baño con ducha a ras de suelo recientemente renovada. Balcón con vistas a jardines privados y tranquilos y disfruta del sol de la tarde y la tarde. Se accede al balcón desde la sala de estar o la cocina.

La cocina está bien equipada con fogones, nevera, microondas, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua y tostadora. También hay una mini lavadora.

Hay una multitud de restaurantes, tiendas de abarrotes, panaderías y tiendas en las inmediaciones.

La residencia es moderna y tiene un conserje residente, interfonos junto con entrada segura con código / clave.

La capacidad máxima es para dos personas. El cuidador en el sitio está disponible para preguntas y asistencia durante su estadía. No se permiten mascotas.

My husband and I thorough...

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apt during our visit to Cannes. It offered so much more than a hotel room at a very reasonable price. The apartment is clean and comfortable, simply furnished, and offers lots of closet and storage area. The kitchen was so nice to have to enjoy our purchases from the local daily farmers markets. We also took advantage of the little washing machine and dryer rack stored in the closet. Internet access was reliable. It is indeed in a wonderful location...everything is walkable. The Carlton hotel is a block or two away (in fact you can see it from the balcony) and it is a couple streets up from the waterfront. The bed was quite comfortable for us (despite it being labeled a "sofa bed") and the building and area in general is quite quiet. We did occassionally hear neighbors arriving in the corridor of our floor, but outside of that we were not awakened at night. Virginia is an exceptionally friendly and responsive owner. The building supervisor who was there to check us in and out is also quite hospitable, despite the language barrier (we speak English and Spanish) we were able to arrive and leave with no issues. We woulds stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location buy basic

The apartment is a studio which is ideally located for the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes.Downsides were that Wi-Fi didn't recognise my laptop or vice versa (fine wth phones and iPads)j and the curtains don't cover the windows . Also, no lock on French windows to balcony

Many thanks for studio comments and delighted to respond to points raised. If your phone and Apple device successfully connected to the WiFi, but not your PC, that would indicate issue was with your device. Within hours of your request, your connection issues were solved. The curtains are decorative only. The easy to operate roller shutters provide privacy as well as additional security. Balcony door does not lock for safety reasons - too easy otherwise to get locked out of studio on balcony. Will update studio information with location of shutter handle, and also to provide contact number for internet provider. We selected internet provider with great support.

Sweet, Charming Home Away From Home !

I recently stayed in Virginia and Gerald's lovely studio appartement. I was so impressed ! The lease is very reasonably priced for the beautiful location and amenities. It is sized perfectly for one or two travelers. The studio is clean, tidy, cheerful, and bright with a spacious balcony. I could not have been happier ! I was so grateful for the wonderful perks like free WiFi ethernet and free long distance and local calling. The appartement was also always the perfect temperature ! The location is amazing ! (literally a hop skip and a jump from Croistette as well as Antibes) My favourite hair salon is right next door ! The studio is also very close to the supermarche' Casino. I stayed in another Cannes appartement which truly made me appreciate even more the exceptional, central location of this adorable appartement ! Parking is very easy and convenient for a visiting friend (ami) ! Virginia and Mme Richez are so gracious and accommodating ! Probably the best compliment I can give is that I am returning to the sweet appartement this upcoming February and again in October ! I simply cannot wait !!!

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE LOCATION

Great location,,,especially near Casino market and martinez. The apartment was very sparse. No comfortable chair to sit on in the apt. The tiny terrace has room for only two people. Its about the filthy bathtub. Yuk...and double yuk!!! It needs to be retired. A nice "new" shower stall would be in order and I would not stay there again until the tub has been replaced.

The apartment is extremely comfortable for two people which is the maximum number for occupancy. The balcony has always been a popular feature. We had the entire bathroom renovated in recent years but we retained the original bathtub (with powerful shower) as some guests like the option of a relaxing bath. The tub is not dirty – rather the enamel has worn down from being repeatedly cleaned over the years. We have arranged for the bathtub to be re-enameled and we have no problem in putting an extra chair in the studio. Virginia

All true!

We stayed in this Cannes studio for a week in September as part of our 50th anniversary trip. Read the description...it is all just as described, no surprises or disappointments with this property. Use Google Earth streetview to see just how close everything is to the studio.We are spry Canadian seniors with some French skill but language in this tourist area is no problem anyway...the locals all wanted to practise their English! There are lots of restaurants of every level close by but it is worth it to walk a few blocks back from the water and enjoy the fare at the places where the specials change every day and are often outstanding. Tip....in the evening stoll down 2 short blocks to the beautiful Croisette walkway along the Mediteranean shoreline, sit on one of the many benches and people-watch.....free and fabulous ! The studio owners are easy to work with and very attentive to arrangements. We would answer questions if referred to us by the owner.

Very pleasant stay

The place is the right size for two people, and the owner graciously facilitated us the stay with one child also. Very well located in a quite building facing the inner yard, close to the beach, supermarket and shopping. Virginia is a very helpful owner, very clear and complete indications on how to use anything inside the apartment, and what one could do in Cannes. The superintendent also very helpful and efficient. We had a very relaxed and worry free vacation.

Charming Studio, Perfect Location.

This wonderful studio apartment is located just step from the beach and all of the Croisette activities. We stayed four nights and it was a perfect base for seeing surrounding areas, as well. The roomy apartment is light and airy, with a nice balcony. The new bed was very comfortable. The free internet access was great for keeping up with family and work. We would love to go back to Cannes and stay longer at this great little apartment.

I had a very pleasant sta...

I had a very pleasant stay here during a conference. The location was ideal and I was able to walk to everything. The kitchen had all the basics. The shower water pressure was fabulous! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There's a huge grocery store a few blocks away. I also appreciated the in-house hair dryer & curler too. Great communication with owners too. I am very pleased I stayed here and not in a hotel. Thanks again Virginia!

It was the most pleasant ...

It was the most pleasant time to spend throughout more than a decade when I visited Cannes for business 2 or 3 times a year. Virginia, your hospitality was just fabulous and so as Mme. Richez', the caretaker. Immediate hot shower, clean kitchen and perfect Internet access was just so valuable. I would definitely come back if I have a chance.

You'll find this apartment clean, quiet and close to everything; the beach, the shops, restaurants and a pleasant walk to the Palais. It overlooks a nice quiet courtyard.

It was very close to all!...

It was very close to all! It was quaint and well suited for our needs. The building is quiet and Mmez is very accommodating. I would recommend it for two people~
