OWNER MANAGED: You will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out. Turnover cleaning will be inspected each week to ensure home is completely clean and ready for the next week’s visitors. If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs. and will take care of them promptly.

Rental does not include linen or towels, however linen and towels are available for a flat fee of $165 (includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed in the condo + 10 sets of towels, there are no fitted sheet, you will get two flat sheets per bed)

We do accept well behaved pets with pet fee in amount of:
$200 for a week (per pet up to 30 pounds)
$350 for a week (per pet above 30 pounds)

Weekend Pet fee:
$100 up to 3 nights (per pet up to 30 pounds)
$200 up to 3 nights (per pet above 30 pounds)

PET FEE WILL BE ADDED AFTER RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED


Absolutely no rentals to groups under 25
The PREMISES are not available to “groups” or persons under the age of twenty-five (25) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

FAMILIES OR VERY MATURE ADULTS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. As in all condominium and townhouse associations on the island, no rentals are permitted to unsupervised children or students; no prom groups; no senior weeks; no high school or college students without parental supervision. Anyone under 25 years old must be accompanied by and supervised by a parent at all times. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. Please do not inquire. I cannot help you.
