Great location!!

My wife, our dog and I had a great stay. Spacious with all the amenities of home available. The fenced in back yard was great and the covered carport is always a bonus in Florida. You’ll be pleased if you rent this vacation home!!

Excellent property

We stayed here during the spring break. Great quiet residential area. Nice, clean house that has everything you need for a great family vacation. We loved fenced yard where kids can play. Highly recommend this host and house!

Nice and pet friendly

The property was just as described. Very clean and had a perfect backyard for our four legged friend to relax in. Good location as the beach is not too far away!

Don’t Hesitate to book!!

This was an amazing stay! The property owner had great communication and the area of the stay was nice! It was a fun staycation. A little home away from home! The home is equipped with whatever you would need and the rooms were soo clean! They also had little games and a nice big backyard! I would definitely book this home again

Everything and more

We stayed for a week, after a long drive from Austin, TX, and before the next leg of our journey to Costa Rica. Our dog adored the garden while we recovered and we loved all the comforts of home!

Property was exactly as described. Quiet, relaxing and beautiful. Outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying morning coffee or just watching nature. Very spacious inside. Large living room and dining room and bedrooms. Lots of natural light can be let in, if desired. We loved it and would stay again.

Stop over in Fort Lauderdale

This property was a slice of heaven. We needed to be in Fort Lauderdale for a week as we transitioned from Canada to Costa Rica with our dogs and we very much enjoyed the house and especially the back yard. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was a good central location to everywhere we needed to be. The host was very communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this house especially if you have a dog(s) - there was also a dog park close by.

Great stay

This house was perfect for us and our dog, since the back yard is fenced. We just brought furniture covers and a crate, so as to be respectful of the home with regard to our dog. The location is pretty ideal, as it's close to everything, but away from congested areas. The house had everything we could possibly need, and then some. Communication with the owner was great. I would choose this rental again, in a heartbeat.

Very Quiet Home

We stayed at this home for several weeks while I recovered from a surgery. The home is exactly as advertised. We personally were not used to a neighborhood as crowded as where the home is located, but we found it very quiet despite the urban location. The home was very up to date, bed was very comfortable , and again we found it very quiet.

Sweet place, lush large backyard!

Property was sweet and was equipped with everything necessary for a month's stay! Neighborhood was close to all the major roadways so getting around by car was a breeze. Large lush backyard was wonderful, if not a bit overgrown. Lots of space to chill and relax! Dogs loved exploring (sometimes a bit too much). The property manager was an absolute gem and highly responsive.

Spring Break 2023

This property was amazing. It’s everything shown within the pictures. The backyard is its own little world which was an amazing escape at night time. Equipped with a bug zapper, late night talks were done with ease. Within the property we loved the aesthetic of the place and the sense of comfort it brought. My favorite part about the property that no one has mentioned is the bidet. It’s life changing. All and all, amazing property that’s near a good amount of attractions. Money well spent. Thanks for hosting us.

Cozy and well cared for

We stayed for five nights with two adult couples in their 50's. We were visiting family for Thanksgiving and wanted a place to make home base. The house is very cute and very charming. It is extremely clean and the maintenance of the property is very high. The décor is thoughtful and has that Pottery Barn homey feel to it. Perfect amount of space for about four people or five people. The amenities were wonderful too. Jake provided a welcome basket with lovely snacks and things to munch on. The kitchen is very well equipped with many cooking utensils, pots and pans. Although we did little cooking, it was helpful and obvious that more could be done with what he provides. All in a really good rental and we are happy with it. Thanks Jake!

Very Very dirty place !!!!!!!!!

Master Bedroom – bed made very sloppy – I had to remake the bed. Spare Bedroom- air mattress had to be deflated. Nice, you have a bookshelf but with the books and office supplies, it is just full of dust. Bathroom – DIRTY – hair on the floor, bathmat moldy underneath, brown rug dirty, shower curtain dirty – yellow I assume water stains, mirror never cleaned. Only had an active roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Was brought large packs the following day. Only 5 towels to use. Ants in the bathtub every day. Dining Room – so much stuff on the cabinet – dishes, etc extremely dusty. Living Room – TV stand EXTREMELY dusty (see attached pictures), carpet full of hair (see attached picture), crumbs all over the couch. Laundry Room – Bedsheets still in the dryer, room extremely dusty. Kitchen - countertops and island EXTREMELY dirty, frig never cleaned inside, stove and range hood disgusting, nice to have the small appliances but just feel greasy and full of dirt. Dishwasher full of clean dishes, your Manager later emptied after we told him about it. Outside areas – mailbox overflowing, mail on the sidewalk – had to bag up and bring inside. Grill only goes to 200 degrees making it virtually impossible to grill anything. Ants are galore. Mosquitos out of control in the back – I can only assume from all the standing water in pots and the birdbath. I expected a fairly groomed sitting area but definitely was not but instead like a jungle. Because of extreme allergies which I have never had (after visiting a doctor there) checked the furnace filter should have been changed and just another thing that should have been checked/completed before our arrival. Your property failed our expectations and we are very disappointed on its condition.

Hi This is Robert I am so very sorry about the condition of the place and I have hired a new cleaning person...We are also getting new hurricane windows so there should be no ant issue in the bathroom...the guests that stayed after you had no issue with the grill when you used it, so I'm not sure what happened with that...sorry you didn't enjoy your stay Robert

Great location

Great location, only a mile from Funky Buddha and several other good locations. Communication wasn't great, even though there was an issue (which we handled fine ourselves without ever getting a reply). Backyard was nice to have with a kid but a couple areas did need some cleanup. Most amenities were present in the restroom and kitchen which is always nice.

Absolutely Fantastic!!

The pictures on the website don’t do justice to the place. The house is even more lovely and the back yard is absolutely beautiful!! Communication with Renata was easy peasy and instructions as how to enter the property and overall instructions around the house were clear and simple. Neighborhood is quite and sweet. The house is equipped with everything you’ll need and some stuff you didn’t even thing of (printer, bicycles, kayaks…) Our stay there was so serene we are planing on renting this place again in the future when coming to visit the area. Absolutely Fantastic!! We had a great time.

Amazing 🤩

The home was very clean and very welcoming also very well stocked with supplies. Pet friendly has everything you need to do your own cooking. Host was always very quick to respond and be of assistance. Stove and oven does work appliance new and very well kept. It’s close to so many cool attractions also has fun things for the beach. Place was awesome! I would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Awesome for work from home as well. Thank you 😊

Great house, Beware of the frogs

We had a great time at this house. Everything was clean with a modern Bohemia. I loved all of the tropical landscaping and would have loved to enjoy it with our dogs except for the fact that poisonous frogs were in the neighborhood/yard. Being from NC, we were completely unaware of this danger and had we known, we wouldn’t have travelled with our dogs. Thankfully, Renata was there upon check-in and warned us. Otherwise, the house was perfectly set up for people with pets. Pet friendly floors and furniture, fenced in yard…. Just mind the deadly reptiles.
