Separate entrance on quiet, tree-lined street located in the San Fernando Valley. A special, private one bedroom retreat close to studios and just 30 minutes to downtown LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Bev Hills!
The property sits on a sprawling piece of land. The private unit has its own entrance with a wide set of stairs to the second story. Inside, several windows offer plenty of treehouse type views. Comfortable interior with one TV in a quiet semi-sound proofed bedroom and an additional TV in the living room area. Wi-Fi enabled with fire stick to access YouTube TV and streaming services like Netflix, Hulu etc. There’s also a work space, recessed, dimmable lighting and a redone bathroom. The new kitchen comes with a dishwasher, disposal, two burner cooktop and good size refrigerator/freezer.
We're close (in LA terms!) to several museums like the Getty, LACMA and the Peterson Automotive building. Iconic music and sports venues are also not far. Dodger Stadium, The Rose Bowl, So-Fi Stadium and Hollywood Bowl...all roughly 20-40 minutes away. Legendary music clubs are within the same time frame...The Roxy, Whiskey and Troubadour to name a few! Great hiking trails are also close by within 5-10 minutes!
Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Magic Mountain are an hour away or less! When you're done...come back and relax by the pool!

I grew up and currently live in Los Angeles about 3 miles from my childhood home! I 've been on the radio in LA for several years, love music, don't care much for hot weather and snow ski only when invited to nice places.
Being a host is great and it's satisfying to help guests (if they want) get the most out of their stay! We love to make sure folks are comfortable and love sharing lifelong information we've collected...with recommendations on where to go and what to do...so THEY can take advantage of the things that make LA...unique!

The unit is on a quiet, tree-lined, safe, walkable street located in the San Fernando Valley. We chose the neighborhood for it's location and great place to raise kids. The space is a one bedroom retreat close to studios, 30 minutes to downtown LA, Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, Sunset Strip and Bev Hills!
