Thank you for sharing this feedback and for staying with East West Hospitality at Lodge at Lionshead. We appreciate you bringing the Murphy bed concern to our attention.
We understand how frustrating that setup must have felt. The bed is designed to sit level once the support legs are fully extended, and there are instructions in the residence to help guide setup. That said, it’s clear this wasn’t intuitive in the moment, and we’re reviewing how we can make this easier for guests to use without any confusion.
We appreciate the callout and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience on a future stay.
