Welcome to our comfortable first floor, one level, two bedroom, two bath condominium. In-unit washer and dryer. Free wifi access. The unit is located across the highway from Lionshead. Take advantage of the free five-minute shuttle bus to Vail Village just outside your door.

Our unit is steps away from the four-season outside pool and two outside hot tubs, and our large sunny deck has a gas BBQ.
Note: Due to construction the pool and Jacuzzi will not be available from April 15, 2025 until December 1, 2026. Parking will be very limited from May through November of 2025.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has one queen and one twin bed. There is also a queen-size sleep sofa in the living room.

Enjoy the scenery and activities that Vail has to offer and know that you have a comfortable place to come back to and relax.

Sorry pets are not allowed per association rules(except service animals), and there is no smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes in the unit.

Nice place - it had everything we needed for our short stay and communication with the host was easy, and they were good about getting back to us in a timely manner. We were bummed that the hot tub was out of order while we were there (which we didn't know until after we booked), but that's ok. It is an older place, and does have an "old" smell to it, but overall it is a nice place and centrally located (to where we needed to be for the weekend).

Great location

The location was great being next to the bus stop to get to Lionshead or Vail Village. It's also really close to the walking bridge over I-70 so it's only about a 15-20 walk to Lionshead. The pool was nice for the kids. The place was adequate for what we needed!

Good Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very close to the shuttle route and was a great value. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs and all seasons pool. It was clean and comfortable and the owners are very responsive.

Great Family Ski Trip

Location is great, steps away from the bus stop and 2 stops from the Vail transportation center. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy and relax. While the amenities in the unit are 'aged,' the place was clean, functional, and suited our needs. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Everything smooth, Busstop to Vail Transportation Center in front of the door, quiet Location. Condo old, but clean with everything you need. Had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return!

A Great Place to stay for Skiing

Checked in to a clean and spacious condo with 3 friends. Open the backdoor and walk a few steps to the hot tub. The space doesn't have a smart tv so bring a Roku plugin if you want to watch something after a long day on the slopes.

Decent condo for Vail area skiing

Older condo that fit the bill for our trip. Owners were super responsive to my questions. Dated decor, but we didn't care. Everything worked, access was just a few stair steps, parking was always available when we returned. Hot tub noise would be my only complaint if you are an early sleeper, but it wasn't really all that bad. Ski resort shuttle bus was mostly on time and very convenient, right outside the building. There are two bus routes that stop there. Decent condo for the rental price.

Wonderful location with very good value for money!

I stayed one month in the condo during the winter preseason and had a great time: - the condo is cosy and very well-equipped - there's even a small Espresso machine making very good Cappuccinos, - the bus (Sandstone and Lionsridge line) to the lift stop justs before the building, - the two hot tubs are only a few steps away from the door and have the right temperature of 104°F (40°C), - the wireless internet worked without a flaw (5 Mbit down/1 Mbit up), - the owners Martha and Christina always responded fast which made the booking really easy. I looked at a lot of condos in Vail before booking this one and the title is 100% right - it's the best deal! If I come again to Vail I will try to stay here again.

Martha and Jim are in Vail at least once a month.

Christina and Robbie live in Massachusetts with their two daughters and make regular trips to Vail.
