This listing is located right off of West Oakland park boulevard , and affords you access to all the shops and restaurants in that area.
For vacation traveler, the property is 5 minutes away from Sawgrass Mall, BB&T Center and 25 minutes from the Beach!
This is a peaceful community that is family oriented and provides a quiet space for the business traveler.

The Space
Two story home with 3BR, 2.5 bath. All bedrooms and full bathroom are on the second floor. The half bathroom is on the first floor. 1 formal living space and a family room/den. Full kitchen, dining, double car garage private driveway, and a big backyard!

Our team was bowling in a tournament. This home was 5 minutes away and perfect for all of us! The property manager responded very quickly when I had any questions.

Comfortable and Quiet

Communication about checkin and a slight issue we had with hot water went smooth. The beds were very comfortable and they were all a bit different so you could choose the level of firmness to suit your sleeping habits. The only thing we found odd is that there were no dishes, but didn’t affect us as we were only there for one full day and were out exploring before our cruise.

The house have a really great size, 2 livingrooms, kithchen with all the supplies you will need it, dinneroom, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, the master with a king size bed, bathroom, extra rooms with one bathroom, queen beds. Secure area, really near of restaurants and a supermarket, also near of Sawgrass. The hoast was always really kind and answered all my questions. Totally recommended.
