This marvelous and spacious Superior 2-bedroom condo is within a luxurious condo complex located Beachfront on the white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba, namely the Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condominiums. Actually, Oceania is still the only Beachfront condo resort on the island; all other beachfront resorts are crowded time-share or hotel resorts.

The Superior Two-bedroom condo sleeps 6 adults comfortably and has a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a single sofa-bed and built-in closets; a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, another single sofa-bed and built-in closets; two full modern bathrooms; a living/dining room with 3-2 sofa set (including a double sofa-bed) and 8-seat dining table; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with bar; a laundry/storage/facility corridor. There are also a regular balcony (adjacent to the master bedroom) and a larger balcony terrace (adjacent to the living/dining room) each with panoramic ocean view. This unit provides you with 1,300 sq.ft. of living space. Free broadband wireless internet, cable TV, a high definition flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo set are available for your comfort. This unit is located in the beach-side building on the second floor (adjoining to the superior studio condo).

The facilities of the resort include a large free-style swimming pool, gym, sauna, business center, tennis court and kid's playroom. Wonderful landscaping on the premises. The Eagle Beach is just a few steps outside the premises; a white-sandy, 50-yard wide, amazingly un-crowded beach with sparkling clean ocean water. My name is Alan Riley, and I am the director/owner of Prestige Realty, Inc., which company has been operational in Aruba since 1998 as a real estate property management, brokerage and development firm. As such, my team and I manage numerous individually owned condos and villas on the island of Aruba. The first of our condos at this particular residential resort, Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condos, was included in our listings in the second half of 2007. Since then, many other condos have been added to our listings, and as result of our excellent service provided to both condo owner and guests, in a relatively short period we now have the largest portfolio of individually owned luxury beachfront vacation condos on the island.

Oceania Deluxe Beachfront Condominium resort is still the only beachfront residential resort on the island; all other beachfront resorts are either timeshare or hotel operations. A vacation experience in a condo is essentially different than one in a hotel or timeshare.
