We have always wanted to live on some land just outside of town - when we had the opportunity to purchase this home only minutes from town in a rural area, we couldn't say no!

What makes this property unique

It's unbelievable how quiet and rural our neighborhood is while only 5 minutes from the bustling TAMU campus. It's a perfect location for peace and solitude, and has plenty of space for endless entertaining.
