The living room features a large TV, sectional sofa, gas-burning fireplace and opens to a 10-person dining table as well as seating for 6 at the large kitchen island. All of this is overlooking the endless bay views and unrivaled sunset views.

The first-floor features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry room, second story deck, and a large living room which opens to a separate "hidden" game room offering plenty of space to hang out and for kids to play.

There is a ground floor powder room, 2 outdoor showers, gas grill, and a covered patio area for dining and lounging. Parking is convenient, offering a 2-car garage, space for 2 additional cars in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking.

Tramonto very comfortably sleeps 16 guests. Sorry, no pets are permitted, and the home is not to be used for private events (no weddings, prom parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc).



As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find "Tramonto" stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap) to get your stay started. Freshly laundered Quilts, Sheets, and 16 Towel Sets are provided for each bedroom/bathroom (don’t forget to pack your beach towels, or ask us about renting them through our linen partner!).



Once you book, we'll gladly help you arrange any number of concierge experiences to elevate your stay -- everything from an in-home massage to private yoga, bike and crib rentals, or a personal chef to cater a special meal or stock your fridge!

Enjoy the full home, situated on an over-sized corner lot. Unrivaled privacy!



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy an easy stroll to Sunset Lake for boat and watercraft rentals, nearby coffee shops, cafes and ice cream.



Getting Around:

Shore drive to Cape May, the Wildwood Boardwalk, 4 block walk to the sprawling free beaches. EV hook-up available.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.



No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.



This home is not pet-friendly; however, the owner has a dog that may be present from time to time. Rest assured, the home is professionally cleaned before every guest arrival.
