This Spectacular Beach house is built on a dune with the beach a few steps away. Perfect for any family vacations, reunion.

Walk along what seem to be your own private beach. Just Out the door you can collect shells, bird watch often with bald eagle sightings or just sunbathing, Or my favorite activity just relaxing. With many more fun exciting things to do by.

This house includes six bedrooms with endless water views, four and half baths, 2 master suites, 1 first floor in-law suite, living room, formal dining room, Great room, chef kitchen with decor appliances, fully equipped for those who love to cook. The Weber gas BBQ just outside the door. Located on private patio fenced in out door shower.

1st floor in-law suite. With its very own private entrance, living room, full bath and bedroom.
For any guests traveling with elderly family members, this suite is a convenient amenity to limit trips up and down the stairs. Pool patio and cover porch access from suit. Having a such large patio so close to sand. You can be on the beach or talk with those in the pool.

The 2 master suites with full bath, are located on the second floor. the master is a two-bedroom suit. Jr suit is single bedroom. All rooms have endless views of the water and walk in closets.

Whether sunbathing or just hanging out on the paver's patio. We also have a deck with cover porch connected to in law suit. For inclement weather or just relax while watching all the pool activities. Your family and friends will love the tranquility and the indescribable sunsets. Often seeing dolphins throughout the day swimming.
Cape May is only minutes to this great family town with Victorian themes. It’s approximately only 3.5 mile to Cape May that offers fine dining, world class beaches, golf courses, antiquing, shopping, wineries, distilleries, biking, shopping, nightlife, fishing, boating, watersports, whale watching and lots of r and r plus much more. There is always something in the area for every member of the family!

The exciting town of Wildwood is just minutes away 4.5 miles. This fun town has its own 2-mile boardwalk that includes food, gaming and rides for the whole family. Wildwood also offers large beaches, dining, shopping, water sports, fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, mini golf, bike rentals and fireworks every Friday at 10 pm.
This beach house is perfect for any multi generation family vacation. Its location and amenities allow for lifelong family memories. Just Perfect for family get together on vacation with grand mom and grand pop staying in first floor in-law suit. The rest of family upstairs with water view’s every where.

Family trip to the Cape.

House was perfect, just as described and clean. Owner called me the night before arrival to make sure I was all set. Kids loved having the pool to play in when we weren’t at the beach or enjoying the surrounding towns and boardwalk. Restaurants, beaches, and other sites were short drives. This was my first Vrbo experience and it went great.

We had the most wonderful stay here! We had 12 people of three generations and everyone had the best time. The views of the water from the house and deck were magical! The house is beautiful – clean and tidy and almost every bedroom felt like a master with bay views and/or a private bathroom. The pool and bayside beach access were perfect for our toddler-age kiddos. Lots of great restaurants and ice creams shops nearby, and also easy 20ish minute trips to downtown Cape May, Wildwood Boardwalk, and the zoo. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering it!! We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

This property, the amenities and location were all amazing. The view of the water, dolphin sightings daily and incredible sunsets were just some of the things that made our vacation such a memorable one. Perfect in every way.....

This beautiful home is the ideal spot for a family or a group of friends who want get away from the hustle and bustle of most south Jersey shore communities. Located on a high bluff overlooking the beach and Delaware Bay but just 15 minutes from Cape May. It is incredibly private and in immaculate condition. Yes, the pool, furnishings and the evening sunsets are just as advertised-perfect! We have already recommended it to several friends and are considering returning next year.

Serene ocean overlook!

Very spacious home for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) to use. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots and pans and utensils that my son-in-law used for many wonderful meals. The owners were very welcoming and accessible to inquiries about the property. The bottle of wine and note on the table was a nice touch. The large number of bed rooms allowed our party of seven to accommodate waking babies and snoring papas. It felt like a home away from home. We will definitely return and/or recommend to our friends.

AMAZING VIEW

The home was as pictured and clean. Peter gave great recommendations and was very easy to communicate with. It was awesome to see the dolphins and sunsets daily. The view from the home is AMAZING and there are lots of windows to see it! Pool and lawn sevice people maintained the property during our stay. There are stairs throughout the home and outside (sunken livingroom with doors that can be closed off, porches, livingroom to pool). We traveled with 4 generations ranging in age from 18-105. We were glad that we could shut the doors, but wished it was a little easier for the folks with canes/wheelchair in those areas as some stairs didnt have railings either. We would have liked more hooks to hang towels and mirrors to apply sunscreen, see outfit, etc. The edges of the pool stairs and seating in the pool are slippery so be cautious. It is a relaxing place to enjoy time with the people you are with and large enough to move around and not be on top of each other. The main area, from in-law suite through the kitchen, was level and spacious with plenty of room for the wheelchair to move with ease. We enjoyed playing cornhole, sitting in the pool, on the porch and in the area overlooking the beach. It is a great place to just "be" and enjoy the view.

Family Vacation on the bay

We had a great time as a family in this spacious home. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces, including my mom who needed a bedroom on the ground floor. The bay view was lovely, and we were able to enjoy beach time daily. About 20min drive to Cape May, Wildwood, and the zoo.

This beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home easily accommodated our family of 10! The great layout provided lots of room to spread out and the well stocked kitchen and amenities made cooking and gathering very easy. My husband and I enjoyed the 1st floor in law suite right off the kitchen which was very spacious, peaceful and comfortable. We easily traveled to Cape May beaches and back, as well as enjoyed the local restaurants, breweries, and the Cape May zoo. Pete, the host, was very accommodating and spent lots of time giving us tips and info on sites to see, restaurants, and even where to go for great coffee and awesome donuts. Our favorite activity was gathering on the expansive deck every night from which we enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets! Great memories were made!! Thank you Pete and Patti!

Nicely appointed and comfortable home for a family vacation; plenty of rooms, space, excellent kitchen and expansive views of Delaware Bay. We saw many lovely sunsets on back deck and enjoyed the quiet and lack of crowds on the Bay beach. Also enjoyed the variety of things to do in Cape May besides the great beaches... Wineries, wildlife refuges, dolphin and bird watching, museums( Aviation WWII and the Tubman) . The owner was easily accessible and helpful with suggestions for dining and activities of interest...we were sorry to leave!!

Why they chose this property

The house sits on the beachs of the Delaware Bay. Approximately 2.5 miles from where the alantic ocean meets the bay. Endless sunsets you will never find anywhere else. We built this house knowing it’s less than a 10 min drive for all the major attractions in the area.
Watching dolphins swimming by daily On what seems like our own private beach was a major perk to this home's location.
Our beach house is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, allowing all guests to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the salt water, eagles flying up and down the beach here. Waves breaking with daily sunsets from the pool would be your option.
We knew this was the right location for our family getaways! Now you can share the area treasures with your family.

What makes this property unique

Being close to all the areas has to offer. Without being in a tourist congested trap.
Having our pool and patio only a few feet from the beach. If we don't feel like to get your feet sandy? We still can feel like your right on the beach while soaking up the sun in the pool or on the patio.
This option is truly unique to the area. Plus, the daily breath-taking sunsets! It was a no brainer to make this our beach house……!
