About this space
Sprawling ranch style home on one of Elora’s most sought after streets. Steps away from Irvine creek and under a 15 minute walk to downtown Elora. The home is set on a massive park-like lot and boasts an expansive open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings.

The home offers four bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. Dishwasher, coffee maker and an abundance of parking.

Great locaton and a lot of space for all of us. Property and supplies need some TLC though. Towels with holes and pots with missing handles. Host was very attentive to the snowfall and cleared the driveway frequently.

Nice house. Beds were comfortable and it would be a good place for multiple people. The open concept is great for family gathering. The pictures on the site show the house as being more secluded than it actually is but it is very close to everywhere you would want to go.

Really enjoyed how this house was close to all amenities. Large living space for everyone. My parents really enjoyed that for sure. Quiet bedrooms. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable and spacious

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be comfortable and in a great location, within walking distance to downtown. Although it is an older home, it was spacious and clean. The host was easy to reach about any questions I had. I would stay here again.

Great location and home layout but needs a lot off TLC

Home is in great location and loved the layout of house, property great and correspondence with Mike was good too. However the house needs some upgrades and a good cleaning. The furniture is very run down and dirty.

Patsy, I am glad you loved the layout and location of my home! Because the house is a little older it does carry some rustic charm that will not have it show like a new build, however my home is very clean and well maintained. It offers incredible value for the size.

Nice quiet location, house has lots of room.House could use some TLC, paint peeling on windows and doors, gardens full of weeds.Inside was clean enough, except that kitchen was in such bad condition that it was difficult to see the cleanliness, one cupboard door had a large hole in it, counter looked like it was chewed along the edges, and the oven was so disgustingly dirty that we would not use it!!! I took pictures but not sure how to upload!?!
