The place was beautifully decorated and really cozy. You dont even feel like you're in a basement, it just feels like a nice home away from home. When we are in New York again, I will definitely be seeking out this property.

Mom/daughter Weekend in NYC

Excellent stay. Great lighting by all the mirrors. Spacious enough for two. Loved that they set out makeup wipes and coffee. Communication with the owner was very easy and straightforward. Glad we found this little cozy spot.

Extremely clean and everything you need to stay even a greqt washer and dryer.Stsyed 10 days and was perfect .Definitely will stay again travel alot to LI .The entire apartment is uodated modern kitchen has all you need to cook full meals.Bathroom so clean and bed super comfy .love the white bedding .

Quiet and spacious

Great one bedroom with a quiet and private locstion. Unit had any amenity needed for a comfortable stay. Many thoughtful touches too, such as plenty of outlets, fans, TVs. Would stay again if in need of place aroind here.

Our stay was very true to its name; "Cozy." My girlfriend and I stayed here a total of 8 days, and every one of those days felt like a true home away from home. The place is on the basement of the actual home, but it doesn't have a "basement vibe." It truly feels like home. I really loved the fact that everything was furnished, clean, and ready to use. We brought a week's worth of groceries and were able to use the kitchen to the full extent thanks to all the included condiments and cooking utensils. There is a purifier, as well as scents dispensers, so smells from food do not linger for long. The bed and bedroom itself are nice and spacious. It never feels small or uncomfortable. It felt just right. I also *really* loved the laundry area. It allowed us to prepare for our departure (Do bring your own detergent though. That isnt provided). Mr. Robert was a very kind and considerate host. Whenever potential noises were happening outside, he would notify us. We would say that we didn't mind, but he would still show that he cares for the well-being of his guests. When we needed a few more supplies, he would be quick to bring it for us to use. I highly recommend spending your time here if you plan to visit Long Island. I may even return here on future trips. Thank you so much for hosting!
