All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). Everything was great! Would stay here again. The only thing I wish it had more of was a stocked kitchen but that’s not going to make or break a vacation!!! Thanks for a great stay.

We have stayed at the property before. My only issue with the condo is it stays hot in there the room never got below 75. Even at night when no one was opening doors. And the elevator situation is awful.

Thank you so much for your review and for staying with us again! We truly appreciate your continued trust in our company. We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the elevators. I did personally check with the HOA Board, and they have already ordered the necessary parts for the elevator repair. Unfortunately, one elevator being down during peak season can certainly create longer wait times than normal. Typically, Aqua is known for having some of the fastest elevators on the beach, and the Board is working diligently to get everything back to normal as quickly as possible. Regarding the air conditioning, we would never want any guest to be anything less than completely comfortable. I personally like my AC at 68 degrees, and we work very hard to ensure all of our condos have excellent cooling systems. If the air conditioning is ever not performing properly during your stay, please give us a call right away. We can typically have it serviced, repaired, or even replaced very quickly if needed. Unfortunately, we were unaware of the issue until receiving your review, and we always appreciate the opportunity to make things right while our guests are still in-house. As the number one property management team on the coast, our goal is always to provide a five-star experience and ensure every guest is comfortable, happy, and making wonderful vacation memories. This is our third time staying at Aqua. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Our family felt like home and there room for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have enjoyed bringing our family to Panama City for 23 years!

Melissa was an exceptional host. This property was even better in person. We traveled with 6 people so it was nice to have our own space. We had 2 odd issues that came up but were handled within minutes. We will definitely use this property when we come back next year. Beautiful views, very clean and well stocked for a week long stay.

The room was just as described in the listing. Great view of the gulf. Had everything we needed (except a mop). Plenty of kitchen ware, pots and pans and utensils. Even bakeware and storage containers. When contacted about a small issue, they had someone there in 10 minutes to fix it. We would stay here again.

Family Fall Break

Property location fantastic, close to Walmart and Target for groceries, Pier Park for shopping, and lots of restaurants close by. Very good for my parents since it was a short driving distance. Can’t say enough about the great location. Condo was very nice as well, 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with all having their own balconies. Wonderful!!!!!!!

We had a great experience with the host and our accommodations. The condo has an awesome view from all 3 balconies. I wish the elevators would have all been working. Wait times for them were extreme at times and they were totally out for a couple hours on our end. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo.

She's personable, knowledgeable, professional, organized and trustworthy. Everyone on her team was extremely accommodating and quickly responsive. Their communications were timely and informative. I loved everything about my BOOKBEACH experience.This unit was perfect for a girls trip. Spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked with the necessities. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. If you're spending most of your days on the beach, in shorts, t-shirts and flip flops, then it might not be needed. But we were in town for a music festival, so having a full length mirror would've been nice. Without a doubt, I would use BOOKBEACH and rebook Unit 2101 again.
