We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is new and well appointed, amenities like the gym and pool are fantastic. Room to speak out with teenager! This was a beautiful condo in a great location near Vanderbuilt, the Parthenon, restaurants and access to freeways. The condo had a fantastic view with picture windows in every room overlooking the neighborhood. The furniture is updated and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious and updated. The kitchen is updated and has everything needed to cook or just have a light meal. There is a great Mexican restaurant at the bottom of the building as well. The parking garage is free and easy to navigate. It was a great experience.

Another fantastic stay in Nashville!

Once again, check in was smooth, & communication was quick and helpful. A Spacious, 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a large wrap around balcony. Our weekend stay was for a track meet at Vanderbilt University. We were only 6 minutes away which was great. During our stay there was a snow “storm” but we were nice and warm. Thanks for another fantastic stay!

College Visit

In Nashville to visit Belmont for our daughter. We enjoyed the area and this particular location very much. Plenty of food options and close to both universities, downtown and highways. The unit was nicely decorated and plenty of closet space. The new mexican restaurant on the ground floor is a must try if staying here. The owner was also accessible and kept in contact in case of any issues. Would stay again if my daughter ends up in Belmont.
