That’s not the level of comfort we want any guest to have. I appreciate you letting the team know during your visit, and I’m sorry the resolution fell short. Roaches should never be part of anyone’s stay, and the delay in getting full treatment was understandably frustrating. I do want to clarify that the elevator outage notice is noted at the top of the online description, so guests have that information before booking.
